The media could not be loaded. Nice massage chair After a lot of research, I'm glad I made the right choice. Pros: 1. Shipping: The shipping was fast; FedEx delivered it to my doorstep in just four days. 2. Unboxing: It arrived pre-assembled. After unpacking, all I had to do was unfold the chair back and plug it in to use. 3. Appearance: The chair is elegant and not too bulky. It just looks like an recliner when not in use. I love its color, suitable for my small apartment. The synthetic leather feels smooth, and the overall craftsmanship is fine. I placed it in the living room. It comes with a pillow and there's a small headrest for the neck, making it resemble a small sofa. 4. Operation: The buttons on the remote are clear and easy to understand. After a brief trial, I quickly understood the functions of each button. 5. Features: I am 5'4" and my husband is 6'1", the chair is suitable for both of us. The back massage is incredible, reaching from the neck to the lower back. It provides the best massage experience we've had on any chair. The back roller can target specific areas, and the massage intensity is adjustable. Despite my husband not being a fan of massages, he uses it every day after we bought this chair. I particularly enjoy the hip airbags and foot sole massage function. The hip airbags effectively relieve muscle tension after hip workouts. The foot sole massage helps me relax after wearing high heels all day. 6. Customer Service: Responsive customer service. I couldn't find the heating button initially, the support team quickly responded to my email. (Long-pressing the intensity adjustment button activates the lumbar heating function.) Cons: 1. No White Glove Service: It lacks white glove service, which might be inconvenient for some individuals. Fortunately, the massage chair is not too heavy, less than 100 pounds. My husband and I were able to move it into the house without too much effort. The chair's legs have wheels, making it easy to move. 2. App: If you want to control it with your phone, you need to download the app. I didn't download it because the handheld control is sufficient for me. So far, I really enjoy this chair. Being a massage therapist, I have owned several massage devices ( shiatsu chairs/pads etc). I have to say that this chair is incredible. First, it is a small platform and fits in alot of places. Second, there is no assembly. Just attatch the powercord and you are ready to enjoy all the relaxation and release that this chair brings. From the cross friction to tapping, traction and airbags, this chair will leave you feeling relaxed and like a new person. ... show more

Love it! I can guarantee that this chair will be used daily. Great value for the money. No assembly. De-boxed it. Plugged it in. Enjoyed. It is not a monster chair, this massager looks like a nice piece of modern furniture. It looks nice in the living room or bedroom. If space is a concern, the chair would almost fit anywhere.     • Works for me as an office chair (with added wheels)

SIZE/USE AS OFFICE CHAIR: I took a chance on this as an office chair because it appeared to be better quality than some of the massaging office chairs available without being as bulky as a typical massage chair. I did miss the ability to roll the chair when I first tried that but there were four rubber pads on the bottom each held in by two bolts that I was able to replace with furniture casters by drilling matching holes in: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0C7X8SM2S and reusing the same bolts. The added height of the wheels was welcome. I'm 6'0" 225lb and it just fits me, but I wouldn't have minded it a little taller & wider. I also added a longer power cord for moving around (it uses a standard computer power cable to the transformer). It's comfortable for a desk & great as an entry-level chair but if I were buying this 100% for a massage chair I might go with something a bit bigger/upgraded. It is easy for one person to move around and not two difficult for two people to move up or down stairs. FedEx shipping and delivery was great. MASSAGE: Back massager is a big upgrade from even the top-end pads that you add to regular chairs. I was excited about mechanical leg massagers because you mostly find air or vibration only. However I found the glute, calf, and foot massagers to be a bit weak for my taste (I prefer very deep massage). I also wish the footrest went completely up (horizontal) but it is just pushed up by a unlinked mechanical arm so it could be propped up on a little ottoman or something if desired. I don't really feel much benefit from air bladder massagers and the ones on the hips here were no different. APP/CONTROLS: The controls are adequate but could use some upgrades. There are no labels to indicate long-press speed toggles HEAT and long-press manual mode puts the device in PAIRING mode. It would be nice if the user could modify the reclining positions saved with the auto modes so as not to have to adjust it each time. (E.g., if you want a reclining automassage upright instead). It would also be nice to get an indication whether the heat is on because I don't feel it much. There is an APP: "Tuya Smart" that is a bit better but it doesn't add much more in the way of programming or customizing massages. It would also be nice to set a range for roller height and width. But if you want to just press a button and get a massage, that works fine. CUSTOMER SERVICE: The link to the manual didn't work and I was initially given a link to an outdated "rilassa" APP. After a bit of chat back and forth with customer service I was eventually linked up with a technician who quickly helped me resolve the issue and indicated they would update the links. So, seems like customer service will be there to address any issues that may arise. OVERALL: Despite a few upgrades I'd love to see I'm happy with the purchase overall! hth! ... show more
