I'm on the petite side so the jacket was a little large on me over all. The shoulders were large and the length went below my hip so it looked odd. Typically a M/L in jackets and coats and do like the comfort of a more oversized fit. However, I wish I would’ve gotten a medium instead of a large since it is already an oversized fit. I notice and can get irritated by repetitive small noises and the metal on the belt shifts around when moving creating a little dinging sound almost like wearing bangles would. Probably fake metal. I realize that is not a big deal to most people but to others it can cause sensory triggers. If I knew this before I most likely wouldn’t have bought the coat. ... show more

Like other reviewers said, you can feel the interior seams which is a bit annoying—but there is enough stretch in the jacket that it’s not too bad. It is actually a fairly well-made jacket, given it’s a sheepskin knockoff (which usually don’t look this cute in person) I got the Lambs Brown—and it is a semi-cropped jacket. On advice from reviews I ordered a size up and the fit is just roomy enough for a thick sweater. I think it looks great! It doesn’t look real per se (I have a real one), but it doesn’t look chincy, either. You won’t fool anyone—but no one will turn their nose up it because it really is that cute. It’s not a super-warm coat. I would say 30 degrees and up. While not suitable for the temperature depths of a Wisconsin winter, it is a serviceable weight for many chilly days. The lining of the lambs brown is more like old-style lambs wool. It does shed a bit—but I turned it inside out and brushed it down with a lint brush and nearly all the fuzz came off. I had no problems with lint when I wore it for the first time. The “leather” detail isn’t too plastic looking and actually almost looks like real leather. The belt looks fine buckled or open. I think it is a little overpriced (seems more like it should be in the $50-60 range)—but it’s the cutest faux-sheepskin jacket I have found. You know you want one, so just do it. Keeps you warm and I reccomend sizing up if you’re a large get an XL to get more room in the arm area, but I love it!

It's a nice jacket, but I'm giving it a 4 instead of a 5 because the belt that comes with it looks like cheap vinyl. It sheds a little, but that will probably go away with a lint roller. Other than that it's a nice jacket. It fits well and looks good and it's warm enough. It's more of a "fashion" type jacket than a serious winter coat, though.
