This PC was extremely easy to set up and it's super lightweight as well. I ordered this because my previous PC was on its last leg. I was a bit unsure of how this would work out because I have never ordered a prebuilt PC before, but I was pleasantly surprised! There's tons of storage and my games all run super smoothly! I mainly play Overwatch, and I have the FPS capped at 300 (no issues, runs great). I purchased this back in March (currently June), and I have yet to spot any issues regarding this PC. Needless to say, I totally recommend! **HOWEVER** I really enjoy playing Valorant, and as of this point in time, the game is unable to run with Windows 11. I was so excited to have Windows 11, but Valorant was, in fact, not running. I attempted to fix this by accessing the motherboard and changing some settings for the game to work, but everything I tried failed. I searched the internet for hours trying to sort this out, but I could not find a solution. I ended up just installing Windows 10 in order to play.

I’m really impressed with this gaming PC. The 12th Gen i5‑12400 runs fast and handles all my games smoothly, even newer titles. It came with plenty of RAM and a fast SSD, so everything boots up quickly. The RGB fans look awesome and keep the system cool. Setup was super easy—just plug and play. Definitely a great option if you want solid performance without building a PC from scratch. Great performance for the value price!

Pretty good price for a starter, I use it for my work but also gaming and it runs all my games really well. Pretty good frame rate and rarely lags also fans make barely any noise. I mainly play games like Fortnite and the graphics are pretty good and it feels smooth.

After a week of regular usage including daily gaming, this PC has done well. No complaints. Graphics are great with no lagging, game play is uninterrupted, the fans are super pretty AND very quiet, and set up was simple plug and play. We were surprised to find that it was pre installed with Windows and seemed like it was a renewed device that was just wiped and sold… but after going through it with a fine tooth comb it seemed nothing was out of sorts. The ONE thing i cannot get over or really do anything about (and the reason for 3 stars) is that it arrived with a giant visible flaw. See photos… i considered returning it all together in case this flaw caused other problems but it wasn’t worth the time and frustration of waiting for another PC. For the record, the shipping box was undamaged, interior packaging was in intact, and the film was still on the sides. It was just put together wrong and someone LEFT IT like that.

This computer is incredible. It is my first ever gaming PC, always been a console player. I mainly wanted this for Microsoft Flight Simulator and Digital Combat Simulator (DCS). I use it for VR gaming constantly. No issues at all. Frame rate is consistently 120 and above. The case is beautiful. My daughter loves looking at in my office. The lights on the fans change color and work as they should. I can tell the case is incredibly well built, except for the fact that the usb ports on the top of the tower feel a little loose when I plug things in. Something that caught me off guard and bothered me GREATLY was when I booted up the PC, it automatically signed into an a custom admin account. I expected the PC to go through the usual Microsoft setup. I was worried that maybe the computer was hacked or something. I did some research and it turns out that companies will build the computer, then create an admin account to test out resource usage metrics. I believe that is what the admin account was used for. Rather than complete wipe the PC, I created a new account and transferred admin rights over. Changed the password and disabled the account. I noticed occasionally the PC will just turn black and crash. I guess it is to do with the video card. I haven’t checked the logs to determine what is causing it. Either way, it is an incredible purchase and love it.

Product was good but after using for 1 week the graphics card was clearly substandard and the computer rebooted about once every day. I initially emailed the company who was responsive for 2 days then completely ghosted me. No response and would not respond after that. Do NOT purchase this product as the company will not respond to emails after 2 day!!! BEWARE
