Absolutely love this product! I've tried multiple brands that seemed useless. The difference with this brand is amazing!! And it smells so good. I'm being petty and only giving it 4 stars because I'd love to see something different with the packaging. There are no seals on the bottles and unfortunately when I got mine the shampoo lid was open so some of it had spilled out. I'm sharing my before and after pictures as well ... show more

Followed the instructions, filled the sink with lukewarm water, added some shampoo. Put the wig in and let it soak for 5 minutes. Rinsed carefully, blotted with towel. Added conditioner to wig, let sit for 5 minutes. Rinsed carefully with tepid water. Placed wig on towel and carefully blotted. Shook out and hung to dry. Very soft and silky. ... show more

This product ruined my wig. I do not recommend it. I mean, it is not wearable! What a waste of my money. I would’ve reviewed earlier, but I had to have surgery. I used it exactly according to the instructions, I mean exactly. When it dried naturally, it was like straw so I rinsed it again thinking maybe I left some product in it. No, it dried again, and it was less like straw, but still straw like. When I finally got a comb through it, I realized it was not wearable. I wish I’d been able to return it in time, but I just want to say do not use this product! It ruined my favorite wig! ... show more
