So when received I washed it the cover of the pillow that comes with it came out looking a little bad so I put it up and my dogs where happy. Days later I washe again and the conver was comepletely destroyed. I hate that part. Other than that it has been less than a month and is holding up. It is a cute dog/cat bed. I love it but it took forever to get here less than said but long. Tha os why I will not return I can just buy a pillow cover for it. ... show more

The worse house we've bought yet. Every year we buy our senior weenie dog a new house for Christmas as he wears and scratches the bottom out over time. This year we took a risk to get him something new and boy was it a mistake. This is the flimsiest and cheaply made house we've ever bought. For reference, our past houses were fabric with foam supports in them. They were strong enough to keep the roof up and on with velcro and easily allow him to enter and leave WITHOUT falling down. This thing is nothing like that and the pictures included in the listing lie. (See photo one included). This house is COMPLETELY fabric with no foam support except in the roof so the roof collapses in on itself constantly due to the weight. You can get *some* support from the dinky barely filled pillow it comes with but to call it support is being VERY generous. Normally no matter the house, our old man would enter happily and take a snooze but he gave it his best try, went in for a lie down, and immediately turned around as the weight of the roof collapsed on him, had trouble escaping the rubble, and scared him off. (Second photo is said scene). We ended up agreeing that we would buy him what we did before as comfort in familiarity and would see about donating this junk to someone who could make a frame for it or who's pet doesnt mind the collapsing. I put it in my dryer on high for a few minutes to fluff it back up after shipping… it did the trick and I had it together after a few minutes. Some dryers are different so I’d check it after a min or two and repeat until the wrinkles are gone and it taken shape
