I had this charging stand for about a year and it worked perfectly at first charged my controllers reliably and it charged fast. But , it just stopped working for no apparent reason. Disappointing since it worked so well for so long. But understandable, because things don't last forever.

The media could not be loaded. I bought a controller charging station from controller gear before and it was just how I expected, but when I got a Xbox series X controller I found out the locks were different so I had to buy a new one, and it works well, it looks nice, it works nice, I would recommend it. I bought my first one, the sports edition white one a little over a year ago and it still works very well, it charges the battery in around 1-4 hours to max. So I highly recommend this for people who are trying to save money instead of buying more batteries. ... show more

At first I got a cheaper dock that charged two controllers at the same time. I did this both because of the substantial price difference, but also because at the time the competitors dock was literally the only 1 I could find locally, or without waiting 4 weeks for an Amazon purchase. All that said, I didn't like the dock and bought this one. This is a more expensive dock, but where the previous one didn't do anything well, this one does everything perfectly. The biggest thing is the battery lasts substantially longer. But almost as important, you don't have to fight with the dock to get it to start charging. Because of the dock's design, it is nearly impossible to lay the controller in such a way that it doesn't make contact to start charging. After I discovered how great this dock was, I didn't hesitate to buy a second one to entirely replace the previous dock. Perhaps a bit expensive, but worth every penny. ... show more

After going through hundreds of AA batteries I finally got this charger and I'm so glad I did. I've had it about 2(?) months now and it seems to charge fully and give a long playing time. I just recharge after every use and have never had it die while playing. The white matches the controller well and is sleek. It's a little heavier than batteries but not at all bad. The only con is that the charging ports dont always make immediate contact when I put it in the charging dock, so I have to wiggle around the controller a bit every time I put it down. This usually just takes an extra second or two to find the right fit. Definitely annoying at times but not bad enough that I'm looking for a new option or would ever go back to disposable batteries. ... show more

I have two of these and one is for the Gears Xbox one X. The white version here is for my son for Xmas. These are probably the best chargers on the market in my opinion. The batteries are great and seem to last. If the battery does decide to go, Amazon sells the replacement here. https://www.amazon.com/Controller-Universal-Replacement-Battery-Rechargeable-x/dp/B08KL5PFQ5 Before, when I rated this charger, I didn't see the battery replacements. They do exist despite other reviews saying that they don't, and Amazon had them. This is literally the best charging stand out there and I highly recommend it. It goes right on with no adjustment to make it fit to get a charge. Literally the best charging stand out there and I've had plenty over the years.
