My 9lb chihuahua absolutely loves this. It was pretty easy to put together. To save everyone the trouble, you need to unzip before trying to put cover over frame. For reference I ordered the Medium. It is a perfect space saver and my chi has plenty of room. He Loves the sherpa side of the bed. It is reversible.

5 minutes. That's all it took for one of my big dogs to claim this dog house as his new sleepy spot. I have alot of dogs and we have doggy beds in every corner of the house. Our dogs are also allowed on the couch and sleep in our bed. But sometimes they each want their own space and don't want to be bothered. Especially my bigger older ones. Since we have set this up in our bedroom, our bug dogs have taken turns using this and they really seem to enjoy having a hidey spot to go relax and have their own space. The frame for this is just plastic hollow poles and angled connectors. Which honestly, I am glad they are just plastic and not metal because one of my ding dong younger dogs thought he could step off the bed right onto the top of this thing and he fell right through. It did bend the frame at the top, but I was able to pop it right back together, no harm no foul. If this had a metal frame, he probably would have gotten hurt or the fabric probably would have ripped and ruined it. The house itself is just a huge piece of fabric seen together that slides over the frame and zips together underneath, which is kind of genius because you can slide it right off and throw it in the washer. And let me tell you, this thing is spacious inside. Two 60 pd dogs fit inside comfortably. Or one 60 pd dog fully stretched out. The only bad part of this is the cushion. The cushion that is included that goes inside on the bottom is very thin and cheap. Definitely want to add your own cushion or bed inside. But if you have a dog that likes to have a hidey space they will absolutely love this.

Very spacious and great for a dog that likes to hide under the bed. My dog loves cozy corners that are covered on the top and sides of her, so naturally, she easily gravitated toward this. It took a few days for my dog to find her way to this, but everyday she lays in it for hours especially in the evening times. The fleece like material is just okay. It kinda looks cheap to be honest. But I will try and fluff it out with a vacuum hose. The padding inside is also lumpy, but that's easily replaced with any padding you prefer. I put a small blanket that my dog loves in it. It's both cozy and spacious for her. I have the 25x25 size and it fits my maltese just fine!

🐱 Product Review: Medium Cat House Bed with Curtains Cozy, roomy, easy to assemble, and assembled in record time despite a 180 lb English Mastiff trying to help This is a medium-sized pet house bed — shaped just like a little house with a peaked A-frame roof, complete with a front entrance, a side window, and the most adorable curtains I have ever seen on a cat bed. I got it for my cats — specifically for the four indoor cats who have a strong preference for snuggling together in cubby holes at all hours. The English Mastiff who lives here also took a strong interest in the assembly process and contributed approximately zero useful effort while investigating every single component with great enthusiasm. Assembly still clocked in at 12.5 minutes, which honestly might be a record given the circumstances. --- ✅ What I Like - Spacious interior for a medium size — comfortably fits three cats who are motivated to pile in together, which in this household is basically a guarantee. - The curtains are absolutely charming — there are curtains at the front entrance and a curtain on the side window, all of which roll up and are secured with little strap and button closures. They can also be left down for cats who want a little more privacy and enclosure, which is a genuinely thoughtful design feature. - Fast and easy assembly — 12.5 minutes with no tools required, which includes time lost to a large dog sniffing every piece before it could be used. - No tools needed at all — the whole thing clicks together and the fabric cover slides over the frame. - The tip about flipping it upside down to slide the cover over the frame is right there in the instructions and actually works — a small but genuinely helpful detail. - Instructions are decent — not perfect, but far from the worst assembly guide ever encountered. - Very cozy and enclosed feeling — perfect for cats who love cubby holes and enclosed spaces. - The peaked A-frame roofline gives it a sweet little house shape that looks adorable and feels secure for cats who like to feel sheltered. - Beautiful colors and overall appearance — the chunky gray-brown exterior with cream sherpa interior looks really lovely in a home. - Also available in larger sizes for dogs — though for a 180 lb English Mastiff, all bets are off regardless of size. --- ❌ What I Don't Like - The 90 degree and 120 degree connector tees come in the same bag rather than being pre-sorted, which adds a brief moment of confusion at the start of assembly — though the difference becomes obvious very quickly. - Only one side window — a second window on the opposite side would give cats an additional vantage point, which they would absolutely use. - Not big enough for four cats who all want to pile in simultaneously — three is the comfortable maximum for medium-sized cats who are sufficiently determined to make it work. - The side window is decorative rather than a functional exit for most cats — none of mine would fit through it, so it functions more as a peephole than a second entrance. --- ⭐ Summary & Rating This is a darling, well-made pet house bed that went together in minutes, looks genuinely charming in the house, and is going to have a full complement of snuggling cats in it by the end of the day — I would stake money on it. The curtain detail is an especially sweet touch that adds both visual appeal and a practical privacy option for cats who like to feel tucked away. This is our second indoor dog house from this brand. We also have the glow-in-the-dark star one! Both are excellent quality and I would highly recommend them! The frame is made of thick PVC pipe and is very easy to put together. It takes less than 5 minutes. Definitely read the directions though. Both times I made these, I mixed up the pole sizes and thought I was missing a piece because I was so excited that I didn’t read them lol. The house cover and cushion come vacuum sealed, so they are a bit wrinkly at first. But they wash well and fluff up really nicely in the dryer. The material is super soft and feels strong. The cover fits pretty snugly over the frame, so it takes a little finagling to get it on straight. One side zips open, which makes it easier to slide on. The little curtains and the window on the side, which also has a curtain, make this so adorable! Sometimes my niece sleeps over and we don’t have an extra bedroom, so we got her a tent. We bought these dog houses so her plushies could have tents too! She loves them as much as I do! So I can’t really say yet how well they work for dogs. We do plan to get a dog when we buy a house, so they will eventually be used for that too. We got the 18" X 18" so they will be perfect for a puppy. I would definitely buy the next sizes up as the dogs grow.

This was not a good value. First, it comes in many pieces that you have to put together. The value doesn’t reflect that at all. The bed in the bottom is flat and flimsy and in no way comfortable for any dog. You will need another proper bed in there for sure. Not good quality overall.

I thought that this would be pretty simple to put together. I usually can easily put things together. While it was not super hard, it still wasn’t the easiest. It would’ve been easier if the parts were correctly labeled. They were not. And some parts (two completely different parts), were in one plastic bag together, but not labeled as such. Even in the directions, it shows them being separated, and marked as such, but they were not. I do not mind separating them myself at all, but, it should be mentioned and labeled as such (meaning mentioning two different parts are in one bag). Once I got the parts separated and started putting them together, it ended up being a headache. Once I finally got it together, it was adorable, however my dog prefers just to lay on the bed part….with it not together. This also takes up a lot more space than I was expecting. (Yes, I knew it was XL. I knew the dimensions but still was larger than I expected). The bed part is not XL, it’s more like maybe a medium or small large. I ended up just taking it back apart, and my boy likes to lay on the bed by itself, and the “house” part he has made into another dog bed himself, and that’s how he uses it. I would order a regular dog bed from this brand as the bed of this is soft and has a little cushion to it. My boy loves laying on it. As stated earlier in my review, the bed part is not the average size of what an XL would be. It is a medium or maybe a large that runs small. If washing, I wash on cold water only, delicate cycle and let it air dry.
