These boots are WELL packaged #1!! This is my second purchase of the same boot, yes. YES!!!! My daughter came by and took my first pair and politely text me saying, "I should probably by a replacement pair because she wasn't bringing them back," lol. THEY'RE SO GOOD!! I'm 50 and she's 27 for reference!! We both are a true size 6 and my feet are narrow so they comfortably cushion my foot and they do have cushion inside the entire boot. If you're between sizes, just go up a size as they don't come in half sizes. I have room around my ankles and calves if I wanted to wear with jeans, which I will not as I have other black boots for that. These are for dresses & Skirts only!! They look high end honestly. The zipper is good no difficulty zipping or unzipping, they're true to size EXACT so if you like that little extra room, go up a size!! They're full of cushion, very soft outside leather like material. Height is good as the heel is a chunky sturdy block heel and a platform under the bottom of the foot!!!!! I have several high end designer boots, but THESE boots are that GWORL HUNTEE!! GET THEM!!!!! ... show more

For their price, these boots are a great deal—they're stylish and look more expensive than they actually are. The overall quality is very good, although I want to be honest: in some small places, you may notice a little glue, but it's not critical and doesn't affect the appearance or wear. Even though the heels are quite high, the platform makes them quite easy to walk in, and they are much more comfortable than I expected. Love these boots! So comfortable and that’s saying a lot since I have neuropathy in one of my feet so my toes go numb in other boots I’ve worn. I have wide feet so I sized up to a 11.
