I purchased this chandelier on December 4, 2023. It was professionally installed by licensed electricians the 2nd week in March. The directions were poorly written and difficult to follow. It was absolutely STUNNING when it was installed and I loved it. During my first family dinner under the sparkly beauty this past weekend, there was a loud popping sound, then smoke came from the center of the light. I contacted the electricians and they came out to look at the light yesterday. It was discovered that the interior wire that came pre-wired from the company had a short in it and there was an arc. I've included pictures of the shorted wire. When I came back to Amazon to contact the company to get a replacement mid-section of the light, it was too late for a refund and also too late for support from the company. If you purchase this, you're taking a chance that yours could have a short and potentially start a fire in your home. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. ... show more

We bought the 10-light AND 6-light chandeliers. After a long and painstaking setup process, both look gorgeous—though the 10-light is truly breathtaking. BUT, there’s a MAJOR PAIN POINT and poses a danger! The writing on the Active/Live wires is SOOO TINY and impossible to see without a magnifying glass! THIS MUST BE FIXED since customers can easily mix-up the Live AND Neutral wires!! (One Star removed from review because of this issue.) ... show more
