Velcro holds well and after a few weeks of use not once has it released while being worn. Quality of the leather and seems is great. I’ve had several coworkers compliment and asking for info to purchase. Bought this not realizing it wasn't the one I had been looking at (design wasn't really useful/easiest to use for me) ~ ended up buying the one I had been looking at, it had a very difficult to use belt clip, as this one did not. I have very long hair and my stethoscope is always getting caught in it, or falling to one side because of the weight of the bell. However having this as a belt clip has made caring honest of scope very easy. The only dislike is it’s very uncomfortable when sitting down.
