The rug is good quality for the money. When I opened the package there was no chemical smell. The corners where a little rolled from packaging, but it flattened out in a few hours. The colors are beautiful. The gold in the rug has a bit of a shine to it that I couldn’t see in the photo. I love it. I’ve had the rug for about a month now and it is very easy to clean. The media could not be loaded. The rug is beautiful! The pictures does this rug no justice at all. I was a little nervous because I wasn’t sure if I was going to get a rug with the metallic gold I was hoping for. Because, normal it’s like a bronze, or some sort of solid color that resembles gold from a distance lol. However, not with this rug! The Gold is the shining metallic gold! This rug is STUNNING. However, the color is definitely more royal blue than navy. Therefore, does not match my living room. I'm very disappointed that I am required to pay just as much to ship this rug back as what I paid for the rug itself. Shipping is $270. The verbage for returns makes it sound like returns are a breeze. But what they don't share is how much it costs to ship the item back. I was charged $25 for shipping initially. So, I figured I'd have to pay the same amount to ship it back. I have purchased 2 other rugs from this company and love them. Super bummed returns aren't easier/cheaper. The seller said I can get a discounted label from Amazon... I have found no such option. I am disappointed in their lack of help with this issue. ... show more
