Only bought this a day ago so I can't speak to its long term longevity yet. So far It's very comfortable and just the right firmness for me. I read reviews about Dreamcloud and honestly was pretty skeptical and thought I might need to return it but it seems like they've fixed their QA/QC issues that people complained about. I could just be lucky though. Still off gassing a day later so has a bit of a smell but not very noticeable after I put a sheet on it. Sleeps slightly warmer than my old mattress which had no foam and just springs but not significantly so. For the value its probably the best I could've reasonably expected.

I’m a side sleeper with arthritis in my hips and shoulders. With my old mattress and box springs I couldn’t get comfortable and was doing a lot of tossing and turning but not much sleeping. This new mattress is a game changer. I’m sleeping through the night pain free. I love how it supports my back, shoulders and hips. I’m old school and wasn’t sure about buying a bed in a box, sight unseen. But I did and the comfort and rest this mattress gives me is incredible.

I bought this mattress in November of 2025 (give or take about 4 months ago now) to replace my old cheap full-sized mattress I also got from Amazon a couple years back. I'm going to go over why I bought this model, and what notes I have about the quality and feel. I work very long nights, and to survive without falling asleep mid-shift, I need to get as much sleep as I can during the day. With my old mattress, I would find myself waking up periodically, every couple hours, sometimes every 30 minutes, there were days where I would only get a collective 2-3hr of sleep because of this, and I largely believed that this was caused by simply not being comfortable enough in bed. Another problem that arose around the time I bought this mattress (and what happened to be my breaking point) was the back pain that started to creep in from not having proper back support. Now that we have the background, it's time to talk about the quality of the mattress, the quality of sleep I've been getting since making the change, and the way my day to day life has (spoiler alert) significantly improved. Quality: From the moment I opened the package and started to let the mattress air out, I could immediately tell that the build quality was much higher quality than my old mattress, and even better than some of the more expensive models I saw at some big box stores. The material has a nice cooling feel, and there was no odor from the packaging that lingered. The mattress is thick, with all the inside material and supports enclosed using a high quality zipper. The look and feel of this model just screams premium, which is impressive at the price, especially considering this is the Classic model and not one of the higher tier models. Both my girlfriend and I are bigger people, so we need all the support we can get, and this has support in spades. The mattress looks just as good as it did the moment we got it, with no visible sinking. Quality of sleep: Where do I begin? To keep things short: that constant waking up throughout the day? It's gone. Now when I go to sleep for work, I'm able to stay asleep until the moment my alarm begins to blare. The first day, I was late to work because I spent a good while just being in awe that I was able to get uninterrupted sleep. Quality of life: The back pain? Also seriously reduced, I'm not going to pretend like this suddenly solved all my back pain, gave me a raise at work, and made me a couple inches taller, but what I will say is that I'm no longer waking up feeling sore and having to call out of work because of some debilitating pain that I likely got from sleeping unsupported. Conclusion: Genuinely, for the amount of money I spent, I do not think I could have found a better mattress. About every aspect of my sleep life has been improved, and all for a relatively affordable price. Seriously, if you're considering getting this, do. And if you're still unsure, still do it anyways. DreamCloud is well known for their customer service, and that 365 night trial is unmatched.

I got this bed delivered yesterday by amazon services. They brought the bed into my room and installed it on the frame I purchased that they also delivered and installed. It was a very easy and a smooth process. I slept on the bed last night and its like a giant marshmallow (which I really like. Its supposed to be medium firm but I don't really see any firm in it, but it works for me since I have arthritis in my shoulders and hips and I slept all night very comfy. My only negative is thats its warm which is ok now because we are having coldish weather but I'm not sure how its going to be in summer.

This mattress arrived in perfect condition, and I have to give the Amazon delivery team a shout‑out—they were polite, careful, and prompt. Living on the 3rd floor, I really appreciated that level of service, especially since many premium brands just drop the mattress at your doorstep. I had been shopping for a new mattress since July and visited several stores without finding anything that felt right. The positive reviews and 90‑day return policy convinced me to take a chance on a mattress I hadn’t tested in person, and I’m glad I did. The mattress felt a little softer than I expected at first (it’s described as “medium firm”), but it has been incredibly comfortable. I’ve been sleeping great for three months, and the “DreamCloud” name really fits the feel. Cooling: If you’re a naturally warm sleeper like me, this may not dramatically change that. Even with organic bedding, I still sleep warm, so results may vary. So far it’s holding its shape perfectly—no sagging or dips. For reference, I’m 5'3" and 130 lbs. This is a big improvement over the permanent body dents I experienced with my old Tempur‑Pedic. There was zero odor when unboxed, took only a few hours to decompress and I was able to sleep on it the same day it arrived. I’m very pleased with the quality and comfort so far. With the generous return policy and solid warranty, I’d say go for it if you’re undecided.

Super comfortable. But….this is not a medium nor a firm bed. I still sleep great in this bed, breathable and cool. Very hard to get out of, gotta roll out of it. 1. Because it is comfortable. 2. Because it is to soft to get leverage. If you need a firm bed, get the other Dream Cloud styles NOT the Luxe. Sometimes I sleep on the Dream Cloud memory foam in the spare room for some firmness, as I have always been a firm bed person, but I love my Luxe.

The mattress is deluxe and a delight to sleep on. I added a foam pad to the top for the xtra comfort and am sleeping like a baby. The 3 stars are for the delivery. The two man team walked in throwing off a very negative vibe. I had ordered mattress disposal and it was clear these guys wanted no part of it. Yes, the mattresses were soiled; no surprise after 10 years of use. But I picked this mattress because of the “haul away” service and had actually refused the first delivery because I had mistakenly selected unboxing rather than haul away. It was a very disappointing service experience. Hopefully the mattress will exceed expectations and over time I’ll forget about the delivery experience. In the meantime I have no idea how I’ll dispose of the old mattresses.

My daughter had purchased this brand and real liked it and we had slept on hers while dogs sitting and my wife wanted a new mattress, so we ordered this.
