I love these RGB lights, I purchased one about 2 years ago and I recently purchased a second one, they are solid lights for photography or video production, they can get very bright and you can mount them on a tripod or hang them, they are also water resistant and the case is strong, I have dropped them and still works perfectly fine, you can use a button to turn them on or off or change colors or adjust brightness or use the included remote control or download their App and use your phone, great lights I highly recommend them. ... show more

The battery is surprisingly strong for hot small it is. I’m on my third one and they all work great separately or linked. Small, light weight and durable. They’re great with battery backs for longer life and also good for camping trips. Makes the lighting fun. USB-C charging. Thanks.     • Great light but the app needs work
Works great as a handheld key light or mounted on a tripod for a small fill light. The app is very hit or miss and the colors will some times jump when trying to blend or fine tune them. Can’t make every color but for the price it’s great.

    • Versatile tool but uses Chinese Apps
This unit is really cool and provides a lot of light and versitility. Its almost necessary to get two if you are looking for modern lighting. I bought this to accompany my a7iii after owning an xsi for so long. The only criticism I have is that it uses TuyaSmart which is a well know Chinese development app.. so who knows what data it collects. If you're worried use a different throwaway device. Wish the code was open source so I could compile it separately. There is just too much data collection stuff going on these days. If ya want a light though go for it.. wont be disappointed with its output. ... show more

    • What a great travel light.
As a photojournalist I went to cover a story half way around the world, could not carry my conventional kit. I was recommended this light and it was great. I was able to use it as fill during daylight interviews, used it to light other night interviews and didn't need full power, and at night it was amazing as my reading light (while charging).     • The product case is useless, making the product almost totally useless to me.
I originally purchased this product about a year ago. At that time the product came with a semi-hardened case with a zipper. The newer version, which the seller refers to as an "upgrade", which it is not, has only a cloth sleeve which barely fits the light alone and provides no room for the charging cable or the remote... The new sleeve offers ZERO protection and you can't store anything else in the sleeve so things have a tendency to get lost or separated. I would NOT recommend this product if you are going to use it to take somewhere to shoot in a remote location. I am VERY DISAPPOINTED in the sleeve case. It is useless... ... show more
