Good thermostat-easy to use. The only thing I don't like is you can't set the temperature unless you are on heat or cool, so when you switch to heat or cool you may turn the heat or A/C on which you might not want to do. Then you need to adjust to turn it off. Otherwise very user friendly and works well. ... show more

This thermostat does not like rechargeable AA Batteries. I found out the hard way, even though the rechargeable batteries were Duracell brand that were fully charged low battery indicator turned on after 3 days and only lasted for a month. Then when I replaced the batteries with another set the thermostat did not turn on. Only after I bought non chargeable batteries and installed them the thermostat worked as it should. Now I have an extra thermostat, but that is ok with me to have it just in case the rechargeable batteries damaged this unit. Live and learn! ... show more

So happy I was able to find a replacement Thermostat online after our Thermostat at home broke. We moved into our brand new house last year and we loved the ease of use we had with this thermostat but unfortunately we had an issue with our A/C unit and had to get a new thermostat due to a condensation build up that shorted the original.
