Unable to return as just putting together after return date ( moved to new home). Now stuck with a king size frame that will not work. Cannot put zero stars but should be able to as it is useless at this point.

Love the bed frame and it was exactly what I was looking for added storage. I find the frame very sturdy and supportive of my king mattress. It's actually far more supportive and sturdy than my old lower frame with box springs. The only thing that keeps this from a 5 stars is the packaging was lacking. The box was torn open on both ends when I received the package, but luckily nothing had fallen out in the shipping. ... show more

    • Does the job but you get what you paid for
It's a lot to put together but as long as you follow the directions you are smooth sailing. It really does matter where you put the rods bc other wise the middle rods won't go in correctly. It works though!
