I have found they washable and don’t fade. I have four dogs, three Olde English Bull Doggies and a little mixed breed guy. The collars are Guaranteed replaceable even if the collar is chewed. We bought this for use with a basket muzzle as our collars are too wide to fit the muzzle straps through. This works great and is durable. We have several lupine collars for our dogs and it is our favorite brand. They make the best collars. Durable, awesome guarantee, great designs and colors.

This collar appears to be very sturdy and the colors are strong and seem like they will last longer and hold up to my dogs swimming and playing in the woods. Only time will tell but I think it is the best collar that I have purchased ever.
