This is literally the exact same thing that happened to me, so I am reposting what NM posted..."Purchased in March 2026. It was working well, clear image, wide angle. But then a few weeks later the battery started emptying much faster until it stopped charging completely. I tried several chargers, for different periods of time. Too bad return window has closed." The detection works reasonably well at filtering out false alerts. The 1080P video quality is clear enough to identify visitors. The only problem is that you have to subscribe to be able to see the recorded snippets of the alert. Also a major downsize and a bad setback, is that you have to keep the subscription active to continue using it. I paid for a 1 year and decided to cancel the auto renewal, so they disabled my access.     • Very disappointing..
The camera quality quality is good and the night vision is as well. But that will be probably my only compliments for this camera.. The motion detection seems to be a little sensitive as I get about 50 notifications a day about cars just driving in front of my house. It spends the majority of the day off-line like in crucial times when I’m not home the camera would tell me it’s off-line as I’m writing this review. The camera has been off-line for six hours now. You do need to buy a subscription to review any of the videos. But it does show you a preview picture of all of the activity in front of your house. I turned the motion, detection notification off my phone however it still doesn’t notify me when a human is at my door holding a box as I’ve missed several notifications on Amazon or the mail person came to my home. The main reason for me getting the camera besides security is that my house doesn’t have a doorbell, but if the thing is off-line the majority of the time, even if someone rings it, I won’t get the notification. I might look into getting an extender for my router to see if that will help the doorbell stay online when it is online it doesn’t say my signal is low so I’m not sure if that would help.. I think I’m gonna see if I can just return this camera and go with a different brand especially one that has an adapter I can plug into my wall inside my apartment so if someone rings my doorbell, I can hear it and not have to wait for a notification to appear on my phone which with this camera, I likely wouldn’t get anyway. ... show more

This is a terrible product. There is definitely a charging issue with this product. It comes with a wired a charge, but you have to buy a USB charger for the wall. I bought the recommended charger, but it will not charge. Waste of money I didn’t put this product up right away now I wish I had because then I could’ve returned it. ... show more
