I really love my Luna weighted blanket. I was a little skeptical about it helping me sleep.....unfortunately, I have several sleep disorders.....severe, complex central sleep apnea for one. I remember as a child, I loved having a lot of cover piled on top of me even in the summer. The weight seem to relax me, but I didn’t know why.....neither did my parents. I think I was autistic, but in the 50’s, we had never heard of that. As my sisters would say.....ahhhh, she’s just crazy. But, this blanket does work for me! I bought the Luna from the description it gave for it and all the good reviews. I will have to say, the description was correct. It feels so soft even though I don’t have it directly on me....I use it between my sheet and quilt. It’s 15 lbs. but doesn’t feel like something heavy on me. It just makes me feel relaxed and cozy and it just gives me a secure feeling. The quality appears to be of high standards. From descriptions of other weighted blankets, they stated that the balls fell out or shifted. I don’t see this happening with the Luna. My blanket is light gray which is very pretty. The stitching looks very “strong”......not anything that looks like would start to come loose....not at all. I do feel that I made a wise choice in choosing the Luna. I’m very confident it will last a really long time. Thank you, Luna, for a great weighted blanket! You get A+ from me.

We purchased this weighted blanket for our 7-year-old grandson, and it is superb. The quality is excellent—soft, well-stitched, and evenly weighted. He sleeps so much more soundly now, and it’s made a noticeable difference in his comfort and rest. Highly recommend for any child who benefits from the calming effect of a weighted blanket. Worth every penny!

I purchased this blanket specifically for its cooling properties for my boyfriend and I. He is a pretty hot sleeper (like a furnace!!), and I can be too. After comparing this Luna blanket to others on the market, this weighted blanket seemed like a great choice given its features, the price, and the numerous positive reviews. The cooling factor was a must, and given the fact that both of us have never used weighted blankets before, we weren't sure what to expect. I have to say that neither of us are disappointed with this blanket in any way! We went with the 20lb blanket in queen size, and it has a nice heft to it that makes you feel nice and snug and secure when you pull it up and tuck in for the night. My boyfriend and I are the type to blast the AC so the room is freezing, and then get under a bunch of blankets to get cozy, so looking to add a weighted blanket we didn't want anything that would add warmth. I wouldn't exactly say this blanket COOLS, but maybe that's because there are a few other blankets between the Luna blanket and our bodies... but it definitely doesn't get HOT, which is honestly all I was hoping for! This blanket feels really well-made, and the fine glass beads used to weigh it down feel almost like sand, so it feels like the weight is distributed pretty evenly. I bought the Luna blanket back in May and as of August 28th (the time of this review), it is still holding up strong and we get restful sleep under its weight every night! If you have never used a weighted blanket before and are looking to buy, this is definitely worth the try!

I got this blanket to help with insomnia, quarantining alone during the pandemic. This blanket definitely improves sleep quality, feels like I fall asleep faster and sleep deeper. As a brain health coach, I’ll add that it may also be very therapeutic for autistic children who would be calmed by the weight but not overwhelmed as they may be by hugs. It’s very comforting and helps with grounding if you wrap it around your shoulders like a cape or fold it over your lap or legs. Great substitute for a hug! Only down side is, because the blanket is so much heavier than a regular blanket, it traps body heat like crazy. I'm a woman in my mid 40s, so I sweat in my sleep most nights anyway...pretty gross how badly I sweat under this blanket. But even given that huge down side, I still LOVE this blanket. Makes falling and staying asleep so much easier. Wonderful healthy alternative to sleeping pills!
