Look great and great customer service
Color: Smooth White Size: 33"W x 64"H
My wife and I ordered 3 sets of the Lumino faux wood blinds for our dining room. The installation process was simple and the blinds looked great in the space. We had an issue with one of the sets having a broken tilt mechanism and slight indentation to the blinds, but Andreia at the manufacturer's customer service department helped us get a new set mailed out directly from the factory within a week. ... show more

I couldn’t be happier with these window blinds. Installation was incredibly straightforward, even for someone who isn’t particularly handy. The instructions were clear, and everything needed was included, which made the whole process quick and stress-free. What really impressed me is how great they look once installed. They have a clean, modern design that works perfectly in every room of my home. Whether it’s a smaller window or a larger one, they fit beautifully and instantly elevate the space. They also do a great job with light control and privacy, which was a big priority for me. Overall, these blinds are a fantastic value for the quality, appearance, and ease of installation. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade their windows. ... show more

EXCELLENT customer service
Color: Smooth White Size: 27"W x 72"H
Blinds are nice & what was needed. Not the best or strongest but the price is great for these. I had one cord snap on one of the blinds. I contacted customer service & had an answer the same day. My new replacement blinds arrived in 48 hours! Great customer service isn’t that easy to find anymore! Thank you!!! ... show more

Perfect fit if you use guide.
Color: Smooth White Size: 70.5"W x 54"H
Fit was perfect, Product looks nice. One of the strings was loose on box opening, used tweezers to get it back in place and then checked others. Install was easy although the vallance was virtually impossible to get on, so I used double sided tape to attach it to blind housing. Overall, product is good, but I could have gotten a set from blinds.com for the same price during their anniversary sale. ... show more

Blinds fit perfectly
Color: Smooth White Size: 70.75"W x 60"H
Well made and look great. One set had the plastic broken on the top section but the valance covered it. This wasn’t through no fault of the manufacturer as the box apparently took a beating getting here.

POOR QUALTY DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY
Color: Smooth White Size: 27.25"W x 84"H
I usually wait a couple of months, sometimes even a year, before leaving a review so I can give an honest, long-term assessment. Unfortunately, these blinds from Lumino’s are an absolute waste of money. I made the mistake of ordering six at once. Right out of the box they felt very flimsy, and one of them had a cord that didn’t work at all. I contacted the seller and, to their credit, they were quick to replace it. At the time I thought that was great service but it should have been a red flag. About two months in, every single blind started falling apart, one by one. Within 2 to 8 months, all of them had failed. And for the record, I have no children and no rough handling, these were used in a calm, adult household. I was extremely disappointed. I should have ordered just one to test the quality first. Learn from my mistake: don’t invest in multiples. The product simply does not hold up. However, to be fair, I later purchased another set of blinds for the other rooms from a company called Lotus, and the difference was night and day. To my amazement, those blinds were twice as good in quality. A full year later, they are still standing strong. I bought seven of them, and not a single one has broken. That comparison really highlighted how poor the Lumino’s blinds are. It’s not that blinds in this price range can’t last because the LOTUS ones clearly do. The problem is the product itself. If you’re deciding between brands, save yourself the frustration and go with a better-quality option from the start. Don’t blindly trust the glowing reviews. Lumino’s advertises a 4.5-star rating, but that does not reflect my real experience over time. Before buying, reach out to your peers, friends, or anyone you know who has actually lived with these blinds for months. Real-world feedback will tell you far more than star ratings ever will. ... show more

Great customer service
Color: Smooth White Size: 30.75"W x 54"H
I have bought this item 4 times already for different windows. I install them inside the frame so the dimensions have to be exact. The first three times, they arrived as expected and perfect. They look very nice and are easy to install. On my last purchase, the blind was cut larger than I had asked. I contacted the company by email with pictures to show the problem. I received a very nice reply the same day. They told me to keep that one and send a new one that I received two days later. So, I am both impressed by the product and the customer service! ... show more

perfect fit
Color: Smooth White Size: 45.5"W x 54"H
ok, if I had to write what I did not like, this would be an empty review. They arrived quickly, considering they must make each one as a special order, no such thing in this business as a standard size. They fit exactly to the dimensions I ordered. They look and feel great, solid construction and were easy to install. I have been in the apartment maintenance business for 30 years so maybe I have a slight advantage over other people when it comes to installing them, but it really is pretty self-explanatory, and the instructions were written for the layman, so most people should have little or no problems with their install. They really make the place look better and fancier. Really good purchase at a reasonable cost. ... show more
