Hi for me this worked wonders for my back. I was in a car accident last year my car was parked and a person hit me going 50 miles an hour. We were in Disney last October and unfortunately I need to use an ecv I can’t walk Disney anymore because my knees are shot. But that trip my knees were ok as long as I was sitting. But my back hurt so bad I had to leave the park early. This trip I ordered this wrap. I was able to walk farther with less pain and even in the ecv when last year the pain was so bad I felt nothing. But once I got off the ecv I walked like an old lady till all my numbness went away. I highly recommend this.

Bought for mother with bad back. Says it feel better with it on and fits well. Velcro is very strong a bit hard to pull apart for older person. It a support not a miracle cure!

This model really works for me. I got reasonable pain relief...enough to be able to stand up straight and function better. I have worn out two and just ordered two more. I am a size 28/30 and the XL size works fine. Good quality and held up pretty well. Eventually the neoprene begins to break down but lasted a couple years on the first two.

The velcro that holds the belt in place wore out after a few uses. Don't waste your money on this product. I used to have something similar with shoulder straps and a cross-back strap that work a lot better back in the early 2000s

Any other claims about helping to stand up straight, etc...not so much. It is fairly comfortable to wear, but my back still hurts and I still can't stand for more than 2 minutes.
