First of all, it’s super comfortable. It supports my back in all the right places, and you can flip it as need be to support your upper or lower back. The color and the fabric are very nice and high quality. Cleans easily and hasn’t ripped or torn at all It’s got nice straps so that if you’re using it with a computer chair, it stays in place. It fits any chair; I even use it while I drive. It’s firm enough to support your upper or lower back, but still squishy enough to be quite comfortable. Setup was real tough - I took it out of the box and out of the plastic. That’s it. Super easy. It also transports easily. I take it from work to my truck to my house. It’s not big or heavy. It’s helped my back a lot. I have bad posture and not only does it support my back in all the right places, but you can adjust it to where it helps you consciously remember to sit up straight and not “shrimp.” Great lumbar support. I’ve used others that aren’t nearly as good as this one.

When I moved into a office job I quickly noticed that the lumbar support for my desk chair wasn't enough. I was very uncomfortable and my back was hurting. I've been using this for a few months now and have zero back pain. It keeps your back properly supported. Only small nitpick is maybe the material. It does start to pill or fray out a bit over time. But that doesn't affect the support. So overall would definitely recommend! Way cheaper than spending money at a chiropractor!

I thought I was buying the Niceeday lumbar pillow, which is what my co-worker has. I am not impressed by the qutool pillow compared to the niceeday. There is not enough support for my lower back in my office chair. I am disappointed with this purchase and it indicated on the package that it could not be returned once opened.

Yes, yes, yes!!! I was about to go out and buy a new chair. Then I saw this lumbar support pillow and thought one last chance to help my back pain. When it arrived, it was rolled up in plastic. I thought ugh! This is going back. I decided to give it a try. After the 24 hour wait period for it to de- foam, I put it in my chair. Honest guys, no frills, I am not being paid, just letting you know, as I sat there with the pillow in my chair, I DID NOT HAVE ANY MORE PAIN. I don't know what it does, but it definitely adds comfort to my lower back where my pain is excruciating. I'm no ortho doctor, but this is a great support!

I purchased this lumbar pillow to help with long hours at my desk, and overall I’ve been impressed. The pillow is firm enough to provide real support, but it has just enough cushioning that it doesn’t feel hard against my back. The memory foam molds well and stays in place during the day, which makes a big difference compared to cheaper pillows I’ve tried that flatten out quickly. The removable cover feels soft and breathable, and I appreciate that it’s machine washable, definitely a plus if you’re using it daily. The adjustable straps are strong and fit my office chair without slipping. That said, the pillow is on the thicker side. I’m average height (5’7”), and it hits my lower back perfectly, but someone shorter might find it pushes them forward a little too much. Also, if you’re looking for something ultra-plush, this leans more toward firm support. For anyone dealing with back fatigue during long workdays or gaming sessions, this is a solid option. It’s not a miracle cure, but it does help me maintain better posture and avoid the “slouch ache” I usually get after hours at the computer. Would I buy it again? Yes. It’s practical, supportive, and well-made. Just be aware of the firmness level and size before you order. You can travel with it and eventually it does puff up into the appropriate shape as advertised. I use this in my Secretlab chair rather than buying their $80 version and it works the same.
