The media could not be loaded. Update: Luggex’s customer service reached out to me the same day my review went live. I posted my review in 2 different places because the original product page had been updated to a newer page and they acknowledged BOTH my reviews via emails. No excuses, no questions asked, just a sincere apology, an offer to send me a replacement and a thank you for allowing them to fix mistake. Two days after the email, I received the replacement luggage. At first glance it looks identical to the original luggage that I bought. Upon closer inspection, it’s clear that certain features have been improved. In particular, the interior design is more functional, more stylish and made of sturdier fabric. The wheels and telescopic handle have been improved as well. I am impressed, and I prefer this over my husband’s pricier Samsonite Proxis carry-on. The product is 10/10, the customer service is 20/10. They handled my issue impeccably! I am sincerely blown away by their Nordstrom-level customer service. Luggex stands by their products and truly value the their customers. I purchased this carry-on in May 2023, just under a year ago. Despite being well taken care of, the backside developed a crack within 3 months of purchase (around August 2023, this is a late review). I tried to glue it together thinking that if it’s not too noticeable I will just deal with it, but the crack snags on things and it gets irritating. Unfortunately I can’t find the customer service contact info on Amazon and the original email of purchase from Amazon has been deleted a long time ago. On the plus side, if you were to ignore the defect, this is an attractive looking luggage, a solid R***a dupe + good materials and workmanship. I am hoping that the good reviews about Luggex’s customer service are accurate and that they will reach out to me and willingly fix or replace this item per their 3-year warrantee guarantee. Very sturdy, very aesthetically pleasing luggage. It glides effortlessly and smoothly. The durability gives me confidence that it'll be fine whatever the baggage handlers do to it. First impressions from a person that travels two or three times a month for business. Bought many brands over the last twenty years. Most in the last 10 years were Samsonite for Family and Business Travel. Last Samsonite Carry on lasted seven months before the wheel broke off two weeks ago and decided to give Luggex a try. Nice looking suitcase. Carry on feels very sold with no flex when loaded. Nice interior layout. Like the zipper less feature. Travels nicely around the house/driveway and seems very stable loaded. Will see when I put some miles on it during travel over the next two months. Updates to come after some travel… Update after seven business trips. Suitcase rolls better than any of the others I have owned, even with my heavily loaded Tumi Backpack sitting on the suitcase. I’m a fast walker and if I let go of the suitcase it will roll right by me for a few steps. Three of my trips so far have been five days and have just enough room for the five days (Packed light for these trips). More than enough for Four days. Had concerns about how the latches, would they hold and with a packed suitcase that I have to push down to latch, I’ve had zero issues. Considering the 26 for longer trips, but concern is always how will it take the abuse of checked luggage… I wouldn't think twice about making the purchase. Safe travel's! ... show more

I travel for business and wanted a bag that was good for 4 days of travel that rolls well. Was a little weary after reading the bad reviews and losing one of the hubcaps of the wheels on my very first trip. Other than that the bag is performing well. I have taken it on several 5 trips and it has handled being overstuffed on 2 of trips. It rolls as good or better than than the other bags I have. I does seem a little flimsy but has proven to be a strong bag. I am not sure how it would hold up to the hardship of being checked. I would buy this bag again. My only complaint is the missing hubcap after the first trip with no way of getting it repaired. It is a nice looking carry-on and that one thing does mess up its aesthetics. ... show more

We purchased these pieces to use on our holiday trip this past Christmas and New Years. They didn't disappoint either. They are lighter than our older bags. The closures make it easier to access your items more quickly, and they come with TSA approved combination locks that work great. We also love the fact that we don't have to fight stubborn zippers anymore. We travelled half way around the world from Texas to the Philippines and barely had any scuff marks on them. They are very sturdy, and roll very well, also. When we first received them, we liked them so much that we ordered the larger size too. The only bad thing that occurred is that I daughter, who was at college at the time, confiscated them when she saw them!?! So, we are ordering a whole new set for ourselves. Great buy! Update: The seller reached out and refunded the entire amount and sent me a brand new zippered suitcase. I applaud this seller's customer service. They went above and beyond to make this situation right. It's not very often anymore that you get real customer service with a company. Seemed like great quality, but the clasp completely broke off the second time using the suitcase. Had to put straps on it to travel back home. The clasp that is still attached won't even close now. Pretty disappointed with how much I paid and the quality I received. Now I'm out over $100 and can't even get my money back. DO NOT BUY THIS SUITCASE! ... show more
