Well made! I emailed customer service at Luggex to ask if replacement roller wheels were available if needed. They said yes, just send a picture of the case and wheels. Everything else is throw away luggage compared to this. I am not sorry I bought the 20" carry on series. No evil zippers to break on this! Just get off the bucks and buy it! ... show more

I ordered the color blue navy (as indicated in the order description), received white. So be it. Looks and feels good. The latches are plastic and not feels very reliable, but, I'll check them again and will edit review after my oversees trip.

Used it for the first time and the locks won’t open. Left me stranded in the middle of my trip. Tried to contact seller and wasn’t able to get a response. **EDIT - I was able to contact support and they fixed the issue fairly quickly. They’re very study and high quality luggage. Yes they’re pricey, but they’re well worth it given how well they protect your belongings. If you’re looking for high quality protection this is it. They’re also very sleek, I get lots of compliments when traveling with them as they aren’t as common. Zipper luggage is old news, this is a great product that I’d definitely recommend. Durable and good looking carry on. Used it for 2 weeks in Italy. Cobble stone gave the wheels a great beating but the everything held up. Definitely recommend this carry on for anyone.

    • Latches are plastic!
Just received the 20" carry-on in light blue. Nice color. Seems sturdy and good seal well closed. Nice aluminum corners, aluminum hinges...but latches are plastic! I've gone through many suitcases and wanted something more durable and secure for international travel. Soft sided luggage seems to last the longest but invariably there is some plastic component that gets ripped off or broken. I wanted the latches since they are more secure than zippers but I wouldn't trust these plastic ones not to break. I see other reviews that have used this suitcase for travel without issue. But is always ok...until it isn't. I really like everything else about this suitcase, though, and for the price I will just use a luggage strap for piece of mind. LuggeX...if you're listening please upgrade to metal latches! ... show more
