I usually know what to expect when I order cheap furniture here. This was amazing though. I've never seen so much attention to detail in the engineering of assemble-it-yourself furniture at any price point. I assembled 4 chairs and two ottomans today. Every hole lined up perfectly. All the bolts either go through or sit into a hole before turning them so you don't have to awkwardly hold something while you're tightening it out hunt around for invisible holes. It was easy to do alone. The only part a little challenging is placing the pre assembled back on, because you have to balance it off the ground while you start it. If you have mobility challenges you may need help with this, but the part is lightweight. I did it alone and I'm a small woman. Just keep all 4 bolts within reach while you do it. You only have to start each one a couple finger turns, and it holds itself better with each one. It will then hold itself while you grab a tool to finish it. Once assembled, it's beautiful and perfect for my space. However. If you're very big or tall you may not like it for more than occasional use. I am 5'2 and the top of my head is about the top of the chair. If you're taller than about 5'8 you may not have any head support without slouching, if that's important to you. It's also plenty wide for me, but I notice flex in the plastic material the back is made of. I think this adds to the comfort but if I were a lot heavier (over 250 it so I'd guess) this might feel flimsy. Check the dimensions to decide what you think of the width and height.

I ordered 4 of these chairs. They arrived well-packed, in sets of 2 chairs per box, and there were no missing parts for assembly. I was impressed that not only had they included an allen/hex wrench and phillips/crosshead screwdriver, but there were 2 sets (one for each chair) and both had embedded T-Handles for easy grip and good torque. (Note: there are a good number of screws for the seat support slats -- I decided to screw them in partially by hand and then finished 'em off with a low-power drill.) Instructions were simple and easy to follow -- I had all 4 built in ~30mins. My FedEx driver sometimes likes to play kickball with our boxes, so I thoroughly inspected each part for damage -- all were fine, except one chair had a very minor crack in the upper right support bar. The crack was far away from the center (not heavy load bearing) and wasn't visible, so seemed minor/cosmetic. I wasn't going to bother reporting or returning it. Coincidentally, the seller had actually *contacted me* to check-in and see how I liked the chairs and if I had any issues or questions. Since they asked, I mentioned the crack and shared a photo, but also that I was content keeping it as-is. They sent a replacement anyway! Reaching out to your customer was a nice touch, and I feel they really did a great job at making sure I was satisfied with their product and its quality. Very happy with that! Comfort is hands-down a 9 or 10/10. If you've ever experienced the "pinch point," where the lower back and seat area meet, then you know Adirondack chairs can become uncomfortable after a short period. These ones were thoughtfully designed to mitigate that issue by leveling off the innermost support slat. The material appears to be a weatherproof/waterproof polystyrene composite of some kind and has fairly good weight/density for sturdiness. The back panel pieces could honestly stand to be a bit thicker, but I can't say for certain whether that would have any meaningful impact on its lifespan. They're rated for 300lbs -- so use your good judgment if you or any guests approach or exceed those limits. Looks are subjective, but I think these are functional AND cute as a button. I was somewhat hesitant because of the limited reviews, but loved the unique shape of these chairs. They are exactly like Adirondack chairs but with the wave shape on the back. They were easy to assemble. Took me (38F) about 1ish hour to put together. Putting this review out there so that others can see that this is a good buy! I can’t speak for the longevity of the material yet but the weight is nice and sturdy and the texture reminds me of wood grain. I got the black color and would easily purchase these again. (I paid for these chairs in case you’re wondering)

The chair arrived quickly. It was very easy to assemble. I had a slight set back figuring the arms, then I figured it out right away. I love the color and the feel of the “Not Wood” . It actually feels and looks just like real wood. Also it’s heavy as wood not light cheap plastic. I can’t wait to see how it holds thru on this Hot Floridian weather. So far I really recommend.

Assembly was well laid out, instructions were clear, holes lined up, tools were included, all parts were labeled, and ALL OF THE ALPHA STICKERS CAME OFF WITHOUT LOSING ANY THUMBNAILS!! I put them together myself for the most part with ease, but the final piece was easier with a buddy. We have a small pool deck, and these fit exactly were I needed them too without sacrificing comfort or style. Very pleased.
