Let me start by saying that these are really comfortable. I bought some similar ones a while back for a rental and they were not as nice as these. The good: I like the style and coloring. These were SO EASY to put together. I did it myself in around 30 minutes. The leather is easy to wipe down so it's great for kids. All tools are included so you won't need anything to set these up. The bad: like anything like this, there is a bit of factory smell when you open them but that's gone within a few hours I'm really pleased with them so far, they're auto Sturdy even with my kids climbing all over them.

I bought these for friends who are redoing their basement and needed a couple more durable and cute chairs to fit their rustic theme. These chairs fit the theme, are durable, and my friends love them! The chairs didn't take long to assemble and the instructions were easy and clear. The leather-like material is thick and has just enough give to make the seats feel sturdy and comfortable. I'd definitely recommend buying these chairs and look forward to enjoying them with my friends in their refinished basement!

Easy to assemble and nice looking but the wood is soft and needs several turns of the screws over time to make it finally stick. Also the underface of the faux leather straps show on the back of the stools. Also there were no covers for the screw holes so you see the screws and the holes. Had to ho to home depot and get blonde pegs to insert in the holes. Otherwise they are quite nice looking and the blonde wood matches our counter table.

The frame is made of solid wood and is very sturdy. The chairs look really beautiful too and they are reasonably comfortable to sit on. It could be a little demanding to assemble a pair at the same time though (if you have a power screwdriver make sure to use it).

I will say the stools are very stylish. They are not the most comfortable but I think that is to be expected with most woven type stools. I thought they were good quality but unfortunately, one has broken within 30 days (we ordered 4). I tried to reach out to the manufacturer to see if they could send a replacement frame piece but there really isn't a way to contact them via Amazon. It just brings you to some automated chatbot conversation that is useless. So, I went to their regular website and filled out a contact form. Ghosted, no reply. Try again, still no reply. I'm within the 30 day window so I get approved to do a return. Problem is, they come in sets of 2. So now I have to disassemble TWO stools, lug them to UPS, pay for a box big enough to package them in, hope they make it to some shipping center in Canada and then I can get my refund. Yeah, I don't think so. I'll try to find a way to patch it up. For reference my 40 and 50ish lb children are the ones who primarily use these stools for meals and snacks. They are in and out of them multiple times a day but are not inappropriate with them, climbing on them, etc. Now for $100 a piece I wasn't expecting a miracle, but I was hoping they would last a few years. At this point, I'm not hopeful.

When I first got these, I was happy with my purchase. They were easy to put together and looked great at my kitchen counter. However, last night my elderly step mother sat down in one and ended up on the floor. A piece of the wood on the seat broke enough to force her to lose her balance and fall. I contacted the seller about the warranty but it’s likely I will just find a set that is sturdier so no one gets hurt. Purchased October 10,2023 and broke April 19, 2024. Six months. I am truly hoping that this company will make good on this unfortunate event.
