When I received this bed it took 24 hrs to puff up but it never puff up all the way. So now my top of the bed is lower and in middle of bed is not all the way puff. This is day 2 and some areas are not puff all the way. I think I have a dud. My husband’s bed puff up within 10 minutes!! So wonder why mines is not. I couldn’t give a comfort, sleep and pain relief because the bed never puffed up all the way. I am sad because I was so excited to get this new bed for my back pain. What can I do?

I made a mistake ordering this mattress. I ordered "Medium Plush" instead of "Firm". This firmness is like sinking into whipped cream with virtually no support. Desperate, I tried flipping the mattress over and the bottom was quite a bit firmer than the top. But it isn't very comfortable. Unfortunately, due to some personal issues, I missed the return window. So, I'll be buying a new mattress that I can try before I buy.

I unpackaged this Mattress, it was full size in about two hours, but I let it sit for over 24 hours. Mattress was as advertised and quite firm. Most of the time I have come accross firm for mattresses, it is not really firm. So, if you need a firm mattress, I would recommend this mattress.
