I would recommend having at least 2 people to install/professionals ideally. Details on ordering longer chain: Reach out to lt vt through their store on Amazon and they will walk you through it real time through chat. They respond super quickly. The short story: add the product to your cart and check out (purchase it). Then, chat them your full name and delivery address in addition to the length of chain you need. (They will also send the longer wires). Then, they will send you a FedEx tracking number so you will know when the piece is in the US/on its way. I love this chandelier, it’s perfect for my dining room. At first we had to figure how to install it, because I have slanted, vaulted ceilings. Hubby figured out that after installing he could pull one cord more forward, so that it was straight. The most time consuming part is hanging all the crystals on each branch. There’s a hole on most of the branches, and you thread the wire through. It was time consuming, and had to be done on a ladder. The results are worth it, though. The crystals are clear, and top quality. They look like leaves. The design of the chandelier is unique, and dresses up any room. It comes with all the needed supplies, even light bulbs. The pictures really don't do the actual product justice. You have to install it, and see it in your home to really get the full sense of satisfaction. Installation wasn't very difficult, as I've set up a number of chandeliers on the different homes on our land. I did get my Wife's Uncle to lend a hand, just as it would speed up the installation time and ensure it was done correctly (he's more knowledgeable about electrical work in general). But it stands out because it's simply different than any other chandelier that people come across in other people's homes. The branch effect is unique, it's memorable, it just makes a great first impression when you have company over. This 3 tier crystal chandelier in gold finish makes the room look luxurious. They included 9 E12 bulbs, but I'm using my LED bulbs with remote. It's adjustable with the included chain, so it can be used in any room, and it's perfect for high ceilings, I installed mine in a bedroom, and I'm using just one loop from the chain. The instructions are clear and easy to understand. This chandelier makes a bold statement, and it's well made, for each row of crystals, 2 extras are included, it came well packed with Styrofoam so nothing was broken.
