Used it on my Minkota and so far so good. I used heavy duty wire ties rather then the stainless hose clamp that came with it... Mostly for looks and to help not break it by over tightening the clamp like others have complained about. I added a tie to the wire just above the transducer to keep it out of the prop should the mount get knocked off by a rock or trees. Go Fish! ... show more

    • This Lawrence 000/10978/001 works very well out of a rating 1 to 10I give it a 10 I've had it on my boat for about a month month
Very strong did not think it would work at 1st but after I put it on it holds it in the place the death is fine I give it a 10 beholds really good om and I took it out to day and it held really good seems to hold a lot of water inside of it but it's fine I took tape and went around it on the outside and took a nother C clamp and went around it to the bottom and it made its 30 or on the little brackets that hold the the Lawrence 000/10978/001 which is a 83/200/80 /455 800 worked very well I have no complaints ... show more

    • Perfect Fit
This product was included as an accessory in the owners manual of my troll motor. It arrived on time, and was a perfect fit. They included 2 tie wraps which is not nearly enough in my opinion, but that was not a problem for me.

Good product. Be careful not to hit it on anything, the clamp slots aren't very sturdy and will break. Other than that, I've been highly satisfied, easy to install.

Havent had the chance to install this yet but it appears very solid and should be perfect for mounting my transducer on my trolling motor. That being said, it is plastic so dont expect to go banging around the rocks too much and not have it break.

    • Install that HDI skimmer Roma Trolling Motor and have Down scan up front.
Works great for mounting the HDI Transducer to a trolling motor. NOTE: if you chase lures or fish into shallows the plastic will break, but are pretty durable. Moral of the story don’t bang on it to hard and it will work great.

    • Not for any transducer except the 83/200
Giving three stars as even Lawrance said this mount would work with the transducer i need. After calling back again, getting a different person, this transducer mount was build for the 83/200 transducer only! So if you do not have the 83/200, do not waste your money. Great quality and i bet it shields the 83/20 transducer quite well. ... show more
