I ordered the blue one, however the color isn't the exact same light blue color you see on the images displayed online. It is just a bit darker (not navy dark, but like a shade or two down) but I'm still happy with it :) I like that it comes with 2 keys, it's great to have a spare. It does also come with bolts if you wanted to drill it into the wall, but personally I didn't like the bits it came with. However I didn't plan on using them anyways. Handy little safe for the price. Had to pry the key cover off, cuz it didn't look like it came off! (Suppose it's meant to be that way!) Just watch out. Mine went flying. Easy to set up, came with bolts to mount it, which i appreciated. Overall I'm happy with my purchase. Maybe don't lock the bag with the contents in the door with the door unable to open next time though. Luckily i got them out (the zipper part of the bag was locked in the safe- not the bag, just the zipper. If i had needed to i coulda just cut or torn the bag 🤷🏼♀️) ... show more

The batteries were consumed and when changed the four AAA I closing the door, the PIN was no longer answered and when putting the emergency key, it could not be opened either... I inserted a solid wire through the back hole and pressed the reset button, it BEEPED and I set a new PIN number to open again.. even so the key no longer worked. I opened the mechanism and found a loose sheet or piece of metal, then I removed the key system and twisted the tab so that it pressed the solenoid when turning the key, the door opened again with the key and was more solid.
