Awesome , I reached every level of the house. It's very easy to use and attach. Great for the money. It's also super sturdy... I was house's all day with this and do not need a ladder. Bad thing is the buckle on the strap is to low. Should be higher to give more support. Or I could be to short.

Maintains pressure and reach is just about adequate for two story house. It is a handful to control, good workout. At times it had a vapor lock of sorts after shutting down and then restarting short time later, but smoothed out. New power washer and good water pressure, unknown cause of lock. Should have listened to previous reviews. This thing works and is well made for durability, but it is heavy and exhausting to use. My neighbor, who is a weight lifter, and really in shape, found it was exhausting.

The power washer wand works like a charm, but the first time I used it, I attached it to the vest, and it seemed very heavy and difficult to control... After I used it for the second time today, I found that it was easier to control, but when spread out to its max, I found it to be still heavy because of the length of the wand and the pressure...I think the more one uses it, the more it becomes controllable and easier to use...I gave up on the vest as I felt it offered no benefit...If you like doing your own work, this power washer wand is a good buy, and will help you, and keep you off the ladder. ... show more

I have a three story house and I don't want to pressure wash using ladders. It was worth the purchase price and it preforms beautifully. I do not recommend people with weak upper body strength to purchase the product. It takes a lot of physical strength to operate when the boom is extended. I have a large surface to keep clean and fortunately I am very athletic and in shape. If you are not in good shape and do not posses stamina, I would not recommend using on a large home or surface area. I am very happy and impressed with my purchase. It has made clean up enjoyable and safe since I do not have to climb all those ladders. ... show more

This is a beast. Sturdy, well built, and does the job. I read the reviews and was prepared for the force of the spray. Was just fine. Made quick work of the gutters on the second floor roof. Love having this. Wish i'd bought this years ago.

I bought this to clean my metal roof. It did reach to the peak of my house, but because the nozzle is pointed upward (my bad for not thinking of this fact before purchase), all this attachment does is drive your leaves and debris into a pile at the top of your roof instead of downward and off. Worse than this is the absolute unwieldiness and weight of the pole. It's so heavy, it's nearly impossible to accomplish anything. If you were just trying to reach straight upward, like under the eaves of a two-story building to reach cobwebs or something, or clean a high window, it would work great; but I couldn't clean my roof with it to save my life. ... show more
