I had a problem with the one back. I emailed Amazon the company got rite back to me that night. They asked for pictures I sent 2 pictures they got back to me the next night by email they asked for photos of the box it came in. NOTE keep the boxes don’t tear them up right away just in case you have a problem they want to know if the damage was caused by the delivery co. They got back to me the next night a said they were sending me a new back an I didn’t have to send the old one back. I got the new one 3 days later every thing was handled perfectly this company is A-1 if you handle it the right way. It works just like they said it may be a little smaller than I thought that is on me the measurements were just what they said but I do recommend it for the price you can’t go wrong great service. ... show more

We received the first couch now waiting on the other one to come, Fedx left boxes at front door, my 14yr son assemble the loveseat, everything is working as should heat feels so good. Update 06-22-2025 once the future recline back, its a gap, that feels uncomfortable when in recliner position. Update 10-16-2025 one of the heating cords not working 😕 ... show more

The loveseat arrived in 3 boxes. It was relatively easy to assemble. The hardest part was connecting the bases together but that’s mostly just because it’s screws and nuts. I do wish the arm rests were taller. Stuffing is thin. The velvet texture is really soft.

I am an old disabled lady, AND I broke my elbow recently. I was able to easily put this couch together on my own, in about 20 minutes. Just be careful, read the instructions twice before you start. It goes together so securely that, if you mess up, it's hard to separate to realign lol. Love the heating function. Love the super soft textures. Love the USB ports. Love the reclining (aaaaall the way for your zzzz's). I can only say like for the center console, simply because there's so much empty space UNDER the storage spot, they could have made it much deeper. I also can only say like for the vibration... the vibration itself is great, but you can feel the mechanics under your legs when you're sitting down without using the vibration. I have a large solid lump under my right thigh when I sit in the left seat, that's really not comfortable. I have an additional pillow to counter the bump. ... show more

This has got to be the worse piece of furniture I have ever bought. When reclined you can see a board that hits across your lower back. I’m not an extremely large or tall person. There is no wiggle room in the seat and when reclined my feet hang off so much that it is very uncomfortable. The part on the back of the chair that your head rest on is so far back that I have to put a small pillow behind my head or it gives me a headache. I would have returned this but I had knee surgery and then ended up in the hospital sick. By the time I was back home and was able to sit on this, the boxes had been disposed of already. The quality and comfort of this is awful. Biggest waste of money. ... show more

Have not received the main base to assemble. Two of three parts came in rather fast, but the third has shown no movement, other than reports of delays. From two separate locations. It has now been over three weeks and no delivery date. I was kept in close contact with Gueapy customer service. The tracked the package and kept me well informed. Their goal was to ensure customer satisfaction and they succeeded. I had a small shipment problem and they were more than will in to make it right. Thanks Gueapy!
