Smells absolutely divine. Not overly strong, but enough scent to put off a balanced and pleasant aroma that leaves you feeling relaxed. The container is really cute, and is designed in such a way to give a good, easy grip for pouring. As for the product, I would give it 5 stars. But for the money, it seems a bit pricey for its size. But if you aren't worried about the price, it is a nice product. The wax does not get too hot. I didn't believe it when it said this initially in the description, but I dipped a finger in the molten wax while lit, and it did not burn me. I then blew it out and immediately poured a small amount into my hand, and it did not burn me. It was hot, don't get me wrong. But if I put it on my hand and rubbed my hands together, I could immediately use it on my wife's back. After a short bit, like a minute, I could pour it right onto her back without worry or complaint. She stated it was warmer than she thought it would be, but that was more a reflection of what she expected the temp I would allow it to be poured onto her back was, not a too hot to feel good or burn temp. It stayed useful on the back for several minutes before I had to add more. Without relighting the candle, I was able to use the wax that was mildly congealed. It was still warm to the touch and melted right into my hands and her skin without issue. As for the scent, I like it. To me it is a mild fragrance that doesn't stick in your nostrils or cause a headache. I had no issues with the scent for the 20 minutes or so I used the oil, and never developed any allergy or headache from it. This is a win for me, as I cannot stand most perfumes and colognes people wear. They bother me immensely. This was pleasant, mild, but lasting for the entire massage. My wife has a better nose than I do, and she said it smelled like a mild men's cologne. If it bothered her, that would have been the end of it, and we would have used our other massage oil from that point forward. She had no complaints. At the rate I used it, I expect it will last 10 to 15 massages, depending on if they are back only or legs as well, and how long they last. ... show more

The candle looks a pictured, so no problem there. My issue comes with the smell... I mean... it don't necessarily stank, but I'm not crazy about it either. Some of it got on my fingers and it was really silky, but I'm not sure if I want to rub my man down with this and then keep smelling it on him 🤔 it's like a mentholated earthy scent so, if you like that, it's great! ... show more

I was a little worried the item was going to be broken - the shape makes it push out of the box. But, it was padded well enough to arrive without issues. The design is very clean and simple. The smell is hard to describe but it's fresh like outside or laundry detergent (but not in a bad way). I think it is a good option for a gift or for couples. ... show more
