I don't understand why people say it moves slow.... I'm assuming they expect it to move at a super speed and slingshot their family members out of the chair or something, I don't know, but the chair moves at a reasonable speed what don't cause injury to the person or damage to the chair. Purchased 1 month ago for my 85 year old mom. She loves it! The chair is very comfortable and stylish. Very nice fabric and well-made. HOWEVER, the Heat and Massage Control has STOP WORKING! I checked all connecting parts as well as reread the instruction booklet to help in troubleshooting the problem. No Heat or Massage. This is very disappointing - my mom stays cold all the time. Now she won't use the chair at all. She is now using her old tattered chair that I was getting rid of. I am not happy! ... show more

The back does not come forward very far, you cannot set up right it always tilts back. Has some very uncomfortable fabric, and it wants to tilt you out of the chair before you get all the way up.
