I love hard beds because they give me good back support, so I love this flip chair. I can feel the (metal) frame at the edge, but it doesn't bother me. If you could comfortably lay on the carpet or hardwood floor for hours, probably you would love this flip chair too. My daughter likes her plushie mattress, so she hates it. She doesn't even want to sit on it, LOL. At only 25 lbs, the flip chair is very easy to move around. It looks really nice in beige linen, one major department store put a $500 tag on the same chair tells something. In terms of quality, it seems to be decent. I'm handling it very carefully, I want to use it as long as it lasts, but only time will tell. ... show more

Annoying. However the fabric is VERY nice, slightly shimmery linen that compliments my silvery grey velvet couch very much ... show more

You can feel the metal bars when you sit on it in the flipped up chair position. It is not back when sitting on the other side but that was not why I bought it. Seller does not provide any extra padding. Probably not worth the price.
