You could put an elephant on this ,as strong as stated I weigh 290 lbs and could jump up and down on this...high quality, a bit heavy would probably not be easy for a frail person to handle .. We use these ladders in our shop for commercial use and never had any problems with them. They have a big platform to stand on and won't tip over when you shift your weight.
