  • IMPORTANT! - This blind is 24.5" wide to allow for mounting the blind inside a 25" wide window. If you plan to mount this blind on the outside of the window frame add the desired width for coverage, plus 1/2". The Lotus 1 Inch Vinyl Mini Blind has been designed for a wide variety of window sizes and styles. Sizes stated within the product descriptions are listed by width then height. See measuring instructions to ensure best fit.
  • EASY MEASURING INSTRUCTIONS: To determine width measure your window horizontally in three places from outside edge to edge of the window frame: top, middle, and bottom. Record the narrowest measurement. For best fit, find the size with a width closest to your measurement. The size you order will come with a 1/2-inch deduction to ensure it fits in your windowsill properly. The height will be the longest measurement from top to bottom and will be the size to order.
  • CORDLESS DESIGN: The new child safe design eliminates the need for cords and makes raising and lowering the blind a breeze. This blind features cordless operation, a lift system that allows you to raise or lower it with just a touch.
  • INSIDE & OUTSIDE MOUNT: This blind is suitable for inside and outside mounting of a window frame. Inside mount means completely installing the blind inside the window frame. The window frame needs to be at least 2 inches deep to install as a partial inside mount.
  • DURABLE MATERIALS: The 1 Inch Cordless Vinyl Mini Blind is made of durable materials and features light filtering PVC slats to provide privacy, block out light and add style to your home decor. A blind longer than your recorded measurement will work as the blind can be stopped at any position within the window frame.

For that price point, my expectations where moderate to low. The blinds are nice, met the immediate need. I wouldn't consider the blinds to be thick and not really sturdy. I'm in the camp with some of the other reviewers that the instructions are lacking. Plus snaping the blind into the brackets took way too long. I believe one bracket didn't clamp correctly. In addition, the screws should have come with wall fastners to make the installation process easier. If you don't use wall fastners, most likely you will have spinning screws that are not secure to the wall/bracket. All in all, currently satisfied with my purchase. I'm hoping they last at least a year. I try to leave them as is to prolong longevity. TBD. ... show more

Love the no-string type of these vinyl blinds and they go up and down with little effort needed. My cat ate some slats causing me to buy a new one. I feel they will last for years if you do not have pets who like to chew odd things.
