I needed this for a medical mission trip where I took about 30 blood pressures a day manually for 4 days. This worked perfectly. The whole entire kit is good quality, including the stethoscope and there’s extra space to store other items. The velcro is very strong, and still looks like new after using it about 100 times. it’s really easy to switch between cuff sizes, and it only takes about 2 seconds to screw it on. One of the children dropped my sphygmomanometer on the hard floor, but thankfully it was pretty tough and didn’t damage it. I appreciate that it has an XL cuff and also one for the thigh. The downsides are that I wish there was a smaller cuff for neonatals. (I was in a country where people are generally very small compared to the US). Also, the part of the stethoscope that goes in your ears is hard, and after listening to about 30 people’s Bp, my ears got tender. It was also difficult sometimes for me to hear the tiny children’s Bp manually, so I had to switch to an automatic machine for them. Overall I’m very happy with this kit and hope to use it again on my next adventure :)

Nice set but the gauge is not zeroed And not sure how to zero it to make it accurate

Great value for the money I was a paramedic for 20 years and these make a decent home set for anyone from infants up to larger adults. The stethoscope is a very decent one, well compared to a Littman, it is good.

I do love the tough material to store everything and the extra mesh pockets. I have only tried one child arm cuff and so far, the sphygmomanometer seems to work good. The velcro seems strong. ********* UPDATE First, the sphygmomanometer never worked. It always leaked air, and no way of finding a replacement.Second, the stethoscope was horrible MADE OUT OF THE CHEAPEST MATERIAL, I basically gave it to my children to play with. So I bought another stethoscope of a different brand. Finally, after buying several brands of batteries, the penlight is still very low light. It is also very difficult to remove the top to replace batteries as it is the cheapest plastic. So as nice as the bag and the cuffs look, I have no use for them. I also had to buy another blood pressure cuff and sphygmanometer for $13 from another brand that actually works!

I am and RN home health nurse as is my son. We have purchased this product more than one time each and recommend to friends, The last two products the handle comes apart and the dial sticks. Had to throw one out and second one that is only a couple months old is now doing the same thing. The accuracy is usually wonderful and I am very dissatisfied in the product recently. I have done this job > 10 years and used this type of product as I do not use electronic cuffs. I would love then handle of my sphygmomanometer replaced as I have plenty of cuffs. I have to repurchase the entire product to get a new handle and will be 4 th time this occurs and will look for another manufacturer.
