Love the way the finish product looked but I thought the instructions were trash ,I had take apart several pieces and redo them because the instructions are that annoying!! It shows you putting it together one way and you lay out EVERYTHING-EXACTLY AS SHOWN and ITS BACKWARDS AT THE FINAL STEPS!! So ANNOYING!!! So after 3-4 hours All by myself and taking apart multiple pieces After using my own skills and forgetting about what the instructions said -that made things backwards-This company needs COLOR PICS AND SHORT EXPLANATIONS To what it is YOUR DOING!! Rather than use black and white pics that’s backwards and arrows that show pointing together Rather than Again,..telling you what your doing as well.. I wasted an hour looking at these not very good instructions and building EXACTLY like the booklet shows to find out later It’s backwards and I had to take several pieces apart AND redo the screws/beackets! AND IM EXPERIENCED DIY WITH THESE THINGS …you won’t know what the engineer of this was taking pictures about first time around until you put it together as per the instructions and find out this ain’t working properly with the bed framing parts and AGAIN IM EXPERIENCED with putting together this stuff …with better COLOR PHOTOS IN THE INSTRUCTIONS AND MAYBE A SHORT EXPLANATION these instructions would be MUCH BETTER!!!!! And save ppl like doing things alone by myself! Thats a 2 person job 💪 would only take 1-2 hours instead of the 3-4 hours I spent my Sunday afternoon working on,..but THIS IS A VERY EXELLENT FINISHED PRODUCT!!!! I highly recommend this bed frame to anyone who is looking for extra storage, LED lighting, and plugs on the headboard. The storage under the bed is perfect for extra stuff that will not be used. It is easily accessible but it is heavy with a mattress on top. It took my husband about 3 hrs alone to assemble the bed frame. The overall quality of the bed frame so far is great and very sturdy. The LED light was one of the reasons we were interested and it works great. You can choose the color and dim it or make it brighter. THE SHOCKS FOR THE UNDERNEATH ACCESS DID NOT GO DOWN/WORK UNTIL WE PUT THE MATTRESS ON! THEN IT WORKED PERRFECTLYYY!!!! I wanted to put that first and BIG since we were super concerned we would have to take them off and not be able to use them and we couldn't find very much info about it anywhere. It did take us quite a while to get it put together even with two of us, I feel like instructions should have more words than just numbers and letters and arrows lol but other than that, we absolutely love it!! Its super aesthetically pleasing to the eye, you don't need fancy bed skirts or anything (who uses those anyway?). The led lights are fun and nice to use when you need a little light at night time to read or change a diaper, whatever. I also absolutely love the charging port, though I wish there was a way to keep the cords from falling all over the place, maybe some Velcro stuff will help me with that. The underneath storage is perfect, one the main reasons we got this frame. It's for easy for me to lift/lower by myself (I'm not super strong lol) and it stays up while you are putting things away/taking things out. Overall, we love it. I bought this bed for my 19 yr daughter. She needed additional storage space and wanted something that had a light source and a built in charger. This bed fit the bill. It is hard to know what quality you are purchasing online but we were very pleasantly surprised when this bed arrived. Pros it is quality furniture. solid wood framing with sturdy well put together metal frame. The remote control for the bed works great and so many light color choices/patterns. The light can be set up to strobe as well. The assembly instructions were all pictures and easy to follow. Cons One of the plastic leg brackets came broken. Still useable but had large chunks of plastic broken out of it. Since this piece is not viewable since it sits under the bed and it didn't compromise the beds integrity we used it as is. A few of the pieces weren't labeled which made it a bit of a challenge to know which piece they were referring to. There was also no mention of when/how to attach the shocks for the lifting of the bed. My husband was able to attach them though even without instructions. ... show more

This box is heavy and it took a few hours for one person to put together, I would recommend using a drill with an adjustable clutch to keep from over tightening, they are mostly allen head bolts and there were literally about 100 bolts. The lights are just a strip of led lights, work fine, feeding them through the hole was a bit tricky. The only negative thing with this frame was that one of the base boards had very rusty nut inserts. I put a little oil in the threads and got them to work just fine. The rest of the bolts you can thread most of the way by hand. Not overly cheap feeling, not overly nice, good for the price point.
