I am one of those guys who buys 20 different stands for my phone until I find the perfect one. I have truly tried them all. When I first saw this stand on Amazon and checked out the reviews I stayed away from it but then I figured after it has been out for a while. Maybe they fixed the issues with the stand sliding down and if they didn't I figured it was something that I could fix on my own. I have now owned this product for about 3 months and I use it constantly. I have taken it to dusty dirty music festivals filled with sand, I have taken it on hikes, I have gotten lube all over it.... You get the drift. I have done a lot to this stand. It works perfectly even after all of the torture I have printed through and wherever I go everybody loves it and asks questions about it and I point them to purchase it on Amazon. If I were to fix anything about this stand I would just make it a little taller... I would Also recommend removing the slide on slide off Clip on the back that attaches to your phone. There is no need for this. It only makes the product a little thicker. If you want it to stick to any phone case. Just get gorilla glue tape the clear stuff and cut a piece of it to match the size of the back of the plate and it will stay on forever! I would also make the part on the back a thin piece of magnetic metal so that you can clip it easily to any magnetic car mount. Otherwise, find a little square magnetic piece of metal and glue or tape it to the back of this stand. You will absolutely love this. I know it is expensive but hey it's Amazon. You can go ahead and try it out for several months and still return it, but I know you will not want to return it. I guarantee it. I stake my reputation on it... I would even stake my mother's life if you hated this phone stand. The next version should find a way to have a super thin magnetic attachment or something so that you can wirelessly charge with this... Or just fully move it out of the way so that you can still use your wireless charging.

I do want to put it out there that this stand is the exact thing that I was looking for. I wanted a versatile stand that here I can have the phone horizontal or vertical. I also wanted the phone to be able to be propped closer to eye level when on a table versus leaning against something. I wanted all of these with the addition of the stand to be part of the phone and be folded in a slim package. I used this stand constantly and was super happy about it. With that said, there are some issues with it. The pivot pin that holds the base structure broke from fatigue. The constant flipping of the base wore it out and broke. The wings that flip out do not make full contact with the flat surface. Hence you get a wobbly base. I got around this by slightly bending the wings ever so slightly downward so that the wings and base make almost a tripod contact. The last thing is the price. I think it is very pricey. I didn't get a full year's use of it before it broke. I think it would be worth the price if it did last but as of right now, it's too pricey for what it is currently. My final verdict: I will keep track and watch the development of this product as I really love it. However, with my experience of it, it's not fully there it.

I don’t know how I lived without this. Higher productivity I am getting more work done with my phone on this stand. It allows me to see my phone at a comfortable distance and at a perfect angle as I work on my computer. When I need to check my phone, I don’t have to stop the flow to pick it up. My phone is already at the perfect height to simply glance over. I didn’t realize how frequently I picked up my phone while doing work until I didn’t have to do it anymore. Useful in every room, every activity, and position No more looking down at recipes or videos on my phone in the kitchen! It’s so much more comfortable (and fun) to follow recipes on my phone with this stand. When I’m relaxing on the sofa or in bed, I can recline or lie down and adjust the stand to my perfect position. It’s so easy and convenient on every flat surface, whether I am sitting, standing or lying down. Hands free. Better distance for eyes. My hands are free to type, cook, play games, fall asleep, or just relax. Also, I can watch my phone from a further distance which I’m sure is better for my eyes. The entire experiences is much more relaxed and enjoyable. Neck and back relief I have neck and upper back problems. Now that I’m using this stand, my neck and upper back feels because I can see my phone in a more comfortable position. I didn’t realize how much I was looking down at my phone in a bad position. Super slim and lightweight Carrying extra bulk and weight is not my thing. This stand is very slim and lightweight. There’s just no way a phone stand with this height could be more efficient in size or weight. And the design is just cool looking. Works great with my phone cover and magnet for car holder I use a plastic case on my phone. I put a magnet on the interior of the case so I can attach my phone to a holder in the car. It all works seamlessly together. Maybe one day this company will also make an phone holder for the car with an adjustable arm so I can get the same “perfect position” in the car that this product provides me on a flat surface. Other uses 1. Paperstand. Sometimes I need to reference a document while I’m working on the computer. I tape the document to the stand. So much easier to look at the document while I’m typing. 2. Mirror. I’m think I’ll buy another one for a mirror so I can comfortably apply makeup on while sitting, traveling and hands free. Hotel mirrors are often too far, too tall or too dark. The lighting is better at the desk but applying makeup with one hand and holding a mirror with the other is not ideal. This will totally fix the problem.
