I just brought the package in from the cold, opened it and tried it on. Usually, I'd try on for size and if it's something I know I want to keep then it first gets washed to remove chemicals used in the process. I don't know if I can bear to give up the warmth and comfort to get this washed first. I'm going to have to order another. I work from home and my office is in a part of the original house that is not warm. I wanted something lightweight that I could put on easily over my existing fleece tops while at my desk. I purposely ordered a size bigger than usual and it's just right. Polyester "fur" in single thickness, edges turned over and machine sewed, everything finished off properly. Can't comment on how well it survives a gentle washing because I'm going to be wearing this while I work until another one arrives. Not expensive so everything is as I'd expected for the price. Oh but it is so soft and warm...

These are very good looking. I liked my first one so much I bought another color. They are warmer than I expected so they are perfect for even 40 degree weather yet not too warm for 65°. The guy is perfect.

This sweater is so comfortable. It’s great to throw on to do errands or lounge about the house. My only complaint is I ordered black however it is more of a deep, deep midnight blue. I placed a truly black hat in the photo for comparison.
