    • Very comfortable, runs slightly large.
I had ordered one of the original versions of this vest (without the inside pocket) last year and loved it. When I got that one I ordered a medium due to the sizing chart, and while it was only just slightly snug for my build I kept it because it was so flattering and cute. I can zip that one all the way up and it's a perfect fit, However, I can't really wear a heavier sweater underneath that one, but it's great for leaving on inside on a very cold day and not turning up the heat too much. This one is the upgraded version of that one and includes an pocket on the inside front left lapel area. It fits my iPhone 12 like a charm, which is a nice feature, with room left over. This vest I got in a large instead of a medium, I'm 5'3" and 136 lb, with normal sized hips. This vest is one size up from a medium but significantly larger in my opinion, not just slightly larger like you would expect. I opted for this brand again since the last one fit so nicely (their size chart was pretty accurate), but I got the large because the color I wanted was not in stock for medium. This little vest is very soft and comfortable. It's not as fitted as the other and I can wear a sweater under it with no issues at all. it's a little bit more puffy in the front and very very soft. I realize that I'm not comparing two vests of the same size; also, the styles are also different which may be a factor. I ordered a large which usually fits me pretty well. This vest is more comfy than my first and I like having options of either: style or comfort. This newer one is also slightly warmer. I can zip it and sit down comfortably, and I can wear it half way zipped and it doesn't looked stressed. Really like this new design. If I order another I will most likely go back to a medium and see how that one matches up the the Medium original. For now, I love this one and am glad I chose it. UPDATE 1/3/24: I really love these vests by this brand. The first one I purchased was a Medium in the orignal style: no inside pocket. that one is great but just slightly tight. The 2nd one I purchased was this new updated version with the inner pocket but I got a large, and it's too big, but I kept it. Then I ordered a 3rd, in this style with the inner pocket but this time in a Medium. This style is a much better fit than the original, not too snug, tapered in all the right places. This is my favorite one so far. I ordered the blue-black color and it is just SO black (no blue hue). Love it, love it. Will get another color, hopefully new colors will come out in darker shades. ... show more

This is as light as I wanted and it will provide the warmth I need for Spring. It arrived in less than 24 hours. True to size. I ordered Med and it fit perfectly. I like that is not boxy, it has nice pockets and a nice shape to it.

I have a long torso relative to my leg length and this vest landed past my hip line. So, it ended up looking bulky and oversized. The width was about right though. Wish it fell more between the waist and hip line.
