Mine caught on fire last night during the first use now I have smoke damage to my garage and damage to my table and fire extinguisher dust all over the place. I will not be purchasing another one of these from them also is supposed to be an upgraded version and once I got it I think it’s the basic model doesn’t even have the color screen. Do not walk away from this if you’re doing a 20 hour engrave make sure you sit there the 20 hours with it. The fire started from the electronics in the machine not from the material. I was engraving plastic at the time it happened.

Great item great customer service, just know if you want to upgrade the firmware, contact longer.com first with the model number first, do not just pick the one on longer website. This model is not listed there, however they will direct you to the correct one. Item very easy to setup and use and again GREAT customer service from longer.com

Very easy to setup and use. Had an issue with the motherboard. Customer support is very responsive and helpful. They were able to diagnose a bad motherboard and were very prompt with sending a replacement. They stand behind their product 100% and I will be a return customer
