Setting up and installing all the drivers, apps, and programs to run this took a day. Then the thing wouldn't connect to any device (even with a cable). The instruction book is worthless, and the website is equally unhelpful. This must have been designed by engineers who have no sense of what "easy" and basic mean. I was looking for an easy and basic engraver for a first-time user and got an anchor.

The media could not be loaded. Finally got time to use it after a busy week. The hardware installation is super easy, less than 1 minute. I then installed the suggested software and downloaded a few example designs. I found the com port following the manual, and connected the engraver and started the burning. Everything went smoothly, much easier than what I had thought.
