I've had a laser engraver for a couple of years and a rotary for the engraver for a little more than a year. I really wish I'd found this little miracle sooner. It makes it SO much easier to engrave on tumblers and longer water bottles. You need two hands to adjust it to the right height which is a little awkward to do while holding the tumbler/bottle at the same time but it is doable. I love this little gadget!

As soon as the roller was hooked up it messed up the etcher. Then when trying to find out why I found out I had to buy another cable for it because I guess the one they sent didn’t work but then was told I had to buy it myself instead of them sending me a new one. So I am selling my Longer and went with a completely different brand.

This is a very nice Rotary Roller Lifting Frame. The base could have been a little larger to make it more stable, but over all, it works well.

Can't get it to home properly. It does work but it is very difficult to set up. Also, can't get a good image on a tapered tumbler. The tumbler does not sit well between the rollers and bounces all over the place when engraving. Customer service is responsive but not able to provide a solution for resolving the issues.

Design is not great. It is difficult to adjust and tighten when you are positioning it underban item adjusting it for leveling. I had to stop using it.
