I purchased this laser I have a 10W and the rotary from Longer and they work great. I wanted something that would work a bit faster. This 30W was a great choice. It's more accurate than a CO2 laser because the focus is pin point. Assembly is simple with with well fitted parts. Its easy to use and makes great cuts just like you would expect. Really love this thing. Check YouTube for tweaks to really tune it up right. Longer support was easiest to reach via WhatsApp. Little bit of a language barrier but I'm told they're working diligently to improve their customer support experience. Have their 3D printer as well. For the prices it's a great machine but does require some skill and tweaking to print quality models, but for $200 you really can't beat it. ... show more

This laser does everything I need it to. Its power justifies the price. Next up would be a CO2. Will cut a 1.5in board in one pass at 400 speed and 100% power. You can’t find another laser as quality and power for less then this.

So far it’s doing good, only used it a few times. Had XTool, it went down after a few times using it. After time after time trying to get support and getting the runaround, I sent it back. Hope this will be a different story. So far so good.

The fan doesn't work. It was hard to align the design. The alignment doesnt stay where i wanted to be. It kept changing and i have to realign/readjust it. Hard to center the design even with the camera. Even after calibrating and did everything accordingly from the instructions. It was frustrating to use. ... show more

    • Quality engraver works great
The engraver came in well packed with detailed instructions. The small parts are all labeled clearly in individual bags. It was simple to assemble. So far we tested it in one of the small wood pieces came along with it and it worked great.
