Instructions were not overly clear but I’m smarter then the average bear and got it put together. Worked for about 15 minutes then stopped mid project. Started another project and again stopped mid way; no way to restart the operation. Customer support was quick to respond but all recommendations provided resulted in “invalid command” results. Then they wanted me to disassemble and verify connections on the mother board. Decided a better idea was to return it rather than take it apart and void the warranty.

The Longer B1 40W laser engraver has been an outstanding addition to my workshop. It’s incredibly versatile. I’ve used it on wood, acrylic, leather, and even coated metals with great results. The cutting power is impressive for its size, and the engraving detail is sharp and consistent once you dial in your settings. Build quality feels solid, and calibration was simple. Customer service has also been top-notch. They respond quickly, are very knowledgeable, and go above and beyond to help with setup or questions. It’s rare to see a company stand behind their product this well. Highly recommend this machine to anyone looking for a reliable, capable laser that performs like equipment twice its price.

For 2 years now we have run nothing but equipment from Longer. Top to bottom in and out day after day putting out over 13,000 items this year alone. All on our longer lasers. Their customer support is right on top of it smashing through production flawlessly with products that roll off the shelf and even our most picky customers leave tips!
