I received this printer as a gift. They also gave me the Longer grey filament. I made sure everything was tight and leveled the bed and started printing. This printer prints pretty clean compared to what I have seen from others, very impressed with this brand being I have never done this before. After about 100 hours of printing the filament detector stopped the print even though it still had filament in the feed tube. I replaced the detector they give you an extra one in the box and back to printing. This is my own experience and I'm thankful it wasn't a horror show right off the bat. With my experience so far I am a longer brand satisfied customer. I'm sure I will eventually buy another printer, having two will speed things up. So make mine Longer and make yours Longer too you won't be disappointed! When I get a chance I will add some photos of the fine prints from my machine. ... show more
