I love everything about this coat! It's not what I would call heavy, but it's still extremely warm. I can move easily in this coat, it's not restricting. It's really good at blocking the blowing wind, and works really well for average days. But if the temperature drops below 30, I suggest adding a sweater or hoodie under the coat. It's going to look great with or without a extra layer. I love how stylish, comfortable and warm this coat is. You can dress this up or dress it down, it's still going to be great. But the most important thing is that this coat does it's job, and does it well. It's very well made, so it can easily last for years, so it's definitely worth the money, because I don't have to replace it every year or two. And this is a classic look that will never go out of style.

Very high quality and style options. Kept me warm in 30 degree temps. Love the removable hood option, waste belt, deep pockets, and double breasted high collar that not only keeps you warm but expands style options. Got it on sale but it would be worth the full price. This was a great find!!

I was in desperate need of a replacement for a short double breasted trench, and this met the bill. London Fog is a classic brand, so I had to get it. This coat is heavy weight and should work well for late fall to winter weight NY weather. The price is phenomenal! I would have paid double the price in the stores. I am busty and wear a size 14. Normally I wear a large - extra large. The size large fit comfortably roomy. You must wear a scarf for colder weather as the double neckline is completely open. Wasn't too sure about this look on me, but hubby thought it looked great, so I am keeping it.

This coat is heavy and so warm, it keeps out wind and wicks away water. the removable hood is a nice feature too. I wore it in new york in April 50 degrees with a misting rain and i stayed warm and dry. the fabric feels felted and will attrach fuzzies from scarfs or blankets, but they are easily lint rolled off. I orderd the small in black and it was a perfect fit over light sweaters, I am 5 foot 3 and 120 pounds, size 34 DD chest. the pockets are deep and warm there is no interior pocket, the coat is lined nicely and is not itchy at all and the sleeves were the perfect length for me.

This coat is GORGEOUS! I’ve been on the hunt for a warm, sophisticated trench/pea coat and this did not disappoint! I’m a stickler for quality, which is why I went with London Fog, and this jacket is very well made. Thick material, beautiful color, sophisticated design and adjustable tie at the waist. I live in the Northeast and this coat is so warm that I’m confident I’ll be able to wear it into the winter. Price is great too! I’d expect a coat of this quality to cost much more. As far as fit is concerned, I’m usually a medium but I wanted a bigger fit due to layering so I went with a large. I also just like the chic look of a classy oversized trench coat. The large fits like how I wanted it - definitely roomy, plenty of space for winter layers. If you want a slimmer fit, go with a medium. All in all, this is a great purchase- would definitely recommend!

If you need a very good quality, heavy dress coat you found it! Versatile style: cross between a pea coat and trench coat that looks very polished professional. I have it in Camel/tan and wear it both to and from the office and with casual outfits too. It really pulls an outfit together. It’s quite heavy: heavier/thicker than other pea coats and def heavier than a trench. AZ it works as my winter coat, even though it’s unlined. Fit: it’s a tad larger than other similar coats, even my London Fog trench, BUT that’s bcz it’s intended to be worn over thick winter clothing. But still order your usual size. I’m a very busty 8/10 And ordered a Large (like I usually do w London Fog)) and Had I sized down to a Medium it wouldnt have been able to close over my chest. Hits mid-thigh. Would look adorable w over the knee boots btw. Very professional and polished look
