We’ve had this rug for almost 4 months. The rug unrolled and smoothed out easily. It came exactly as described. The colors are accurately shown, although I do wish they had more warm/neutral color options. I was looking for a decent pile but not shaggy, this is perfect. It’s comfy & soft material. I ordered the Denim / Pebble rug. Ordering rugs online is hard, we all know that. But the price points are so much better here on Amazon then in local stores so you do your best and return if it doesn’t work. I live in the mountains where there is a lot of clay, dirt etc. We have a lot of grandkids and although I really wanted a lighter tan, white, cream situation I knew it would never last. So although this one said Denim I thought it read from pictures others had left, more gray and that color would work better than a tan rug. It arrived 4 days earlier than expected, a bonus! The colors do look gray and yes a bit is a denim color but it works in fine, and I love the Pebble color reads tan. It is soft and I find it fine the way it is without a pad. Mine came with no issues. To address the creases in the rug from the small tube used to ship and the edges that roll up- As a retired hairdresser I knew that the only way to reshape the style in a persons hair was to wet it it. So with that theory, I wet the rug edges and corners with a spray water bottle and soaked it pretty well. Then I curled it under. Waited about 20 minutes then unrolled it and it had realigned to laying flat. The pictures shown are the steps - first the way it came, then after wetting it and forcing it to curl the other way, then after about ten + minute I laid it back flat and that’s what it looked like. The creases in the rug I didn’t bother with because I was intent to pull my room together. I would think if you sprayed both sides of creases with water and rolled the rug the other way, left it that way for a while then rolled it back the other way, that you would have a good chance of getting them out or at least soften them up a bit. I don’t think you will get creases out without water. I like the way it looks, the design is very nice and looks expensive. We had a 5x 7 in there but decide it would look better to have it not just fit under table but all around it too. Game changer. I suggest go bigger if you can. It gets my approval! ... show more

The rug arrived packed well. No smell. The issue I am having is that the rug looks like it’s dirty in certain areas of the pattern but it depends on the lighting in the room. I didn’t want to go through the hassle of returning it so I will keep it. Will probably move it to the game room when I find another rug to replace it. The rug is nice, great price & laid flat immediately. Just don’t like the areas where it looks dirty. ... show more

This is a beautiful, soft rug. Way better quality than expected. Sky natural is a khaki with gray undertone and a deep gray/ navy . The grays are warm, not cool. One end was curled, so I dampened it wit a wet towel and rolled it the opposite direction...it flattened immediately. I dampen any spots that are not laying down and it will flattened every time....mom trick! ... show more

This rug looks just like the pictures. It is made of good quality, is lightweight so the average person can lift and move it to the room it will go in by themselves. It is light in color with a sort of blue/gray that is easy on the eyes in a fun modern pattern. I bought this to stage my house as we were selling it, but then liked the rug so well it went in a bedroom in our AirBNB. Having lived with it for a few months, and loving it so much, I bought two more exactly the same for my home office. My home office has outlets in the middle of the floor, and needing the outlets, but wanting the hard surface flooring covered, I bought two of them, one rug in front of my desk, and the other behind my desk. (See Photo - Note, I'm still moving in, hence the boxes, and I put heavy items on the edges to flatten out the rug as it comes in a roll.) I highly recommend this rug. (I now have 3). ... show more

Delivery required someone to be home to sign for it. Came in a single roll and had a few rufflings on the ends, but these smoothed out quickly. Once you lay it out, look at it from both ends, as the nap significantly changes the appearance. One direction appears much whiter while the other shows more of the pattern and brown tones. It is a bit thin but I used a thick pad under it and it feels great. ... show more
