I loved this pillow! I took it on a plane and liked it a lot actually, the only (mild) problem was that I brought my large headphones with noise cancellation capabilities to try to block out the noise from the plane and other passengers (loudly crying babies, etc..), and found that I couldn’t use both comfortably at the same time. I tried a number of different positions with the pillow, including folded over into a “C” in the crook of my neck between my shoulder and head, that worked ~slightly~ better, but the headphones kept getting knocked loose, making it impossible to sleep, I eventually had to just use the headphones by themselves and bundled up my jacket on the side of my head against the window seat, and tried to put the pillow folded up behind my head to give my neck some relief, but it still pushed my headphones off my ears :/. It worked fantastically in the car though!!! Definitely bringing on roadtrips and long car rides to help sleep comfortably! ... show more

I took this travel pillow with me on 10 hr flights to and from NYC to Honolulu. It worked pretty well to get me several hours of sleep. I liked how I could wrap it around my neck until it was tight enough that my head wouldn’t bobble around. It did not make me hot, but I tend to feel cold on airplanes. I also liked that when I wasn’t sleeping, it was easy to fold up and stuff back into the little bag, and I could fit it easily under the seat. Overall, it’s a great travel companion! ... show more

This neck pillow appears that it will provide better support when leaning to the side, than the U-shaped one that I have. When on a plane, I tend to lean away from the person next to me if in the isle seat or window seat. Also I can turn it around and stack the ends (which have a light velcro-like surface) and put the taller side around to the back to support my head or front to support my chin, in case of sitting in the middle seat. The fabric is comfortable to the skin. I tend to hook my pillow on my purse or carry on. It always touches surfaces in tne airport or in amtrak, but this one has a cover/bag to keep it from contacting those surfaces! ... show more

I love how soft and light it is. I it is very versatile in what position you can use it in. It is very easy to adjust and I was able to have the support that I needed for my neck and take naps without having to lay on someone's shoulder.

I like that I can move the shape of the pillow to any side depending on how I was sleeping. I wish it was a little bit higher especially when you have your back against the plane seat. It did it's work for a 4 hr trip.

Very Nice neck pillow . Bought this for an elderly disabled relative, whom is wheelchair bound when she’s out and bed bound at home. She uses traditional neck pillow , but with difficulty keeping it around her neck . She needs it all the time due to huge neck surgery . On a trip to a medical appointment I nelothus would be well suited and stay in place supporting her neck . I was disappointed that the Velcro didn’t hold well and it probably would work well for someone who has good mobility in hands to put it back together. I I could recommend anything it would be since it is pricey , that part needs improvement ... show more

We bought this for my 4-year old so that he could be more comfortable sleeping in the car. He loved the idea, but he only slept with it once, when I put it on after he was asleep. He might actually be more comfortable just letting his head hang, but it makes me feel better.
